This is a really great protective screen for iPhone. This is the best Zagg product I have ever purchased. First of all, the installation process and tools provided make it easy to clean the device and to position the screen spot on. Just follow the instructions and no worries. Once installed, this screen is strong, clear, and very responsive to touch. There is no prismatic effect with this screen at all. Well worth the investment.

The top of the screen is not protected due to the cut on the top. Did not realized when purchased.

After 3 failed attempts to put the Zagg HD Glass protector on my new iPhone X by Geek Squad, I decided to try the supposedly more durable and more expensive Sapphire Defense. They got this one on straight and without any dust underneath at least. But the first morning after installation, white spots appeared, which after going to the Zagg site, I learned were air bubbles and required I push hard on each one with my thumb to get them out. OK, I did that. But the tactile feel of this protector is completely wrong. Its as if they forgot to put the oleophovic coating on and there was simply no smooth feel and finger prints, which are supposed to be reduced by the protector were actually amplified. It simply is a fail as far as I'm concerned, so I took it off and returned it to Best Buy. While I've had Zagg on every iPhone and iPad since the beginning, this is not going to be the case this time. I don't recommend this. You'd be better off buying the HD Glass version for less money, which does at least seem coated and less susceptible to finger prints.

I think the picture says it all. Half the time the edges come off the iPhone X screen. I got this Sapphire Defense screen protector as a free replacement because the glass+ screen protector looked awful due to the edge rainbow effect. The application of the Sapphire Defense screen protector went very well, and I was happy with it for about 1 day, until the edges came off as you can see on the picture. They sometimes seem to re-attach and then come off again later. Obviously a very flawed product. Zagg is great at marketing and customer service, but I can't think of any company that makes worse products, at least from my experience with their iPhone X screen protectors.

I own many Zagg products, and I love them, but this one is the exception. Upon opening it, the glass detached from the plastic incorrectly, so I had to apply it to the phone by hand, like literally holding the glass, and with no help from the plastic guides that come with it. What's worst, the glass interfere with Whatsapp and I can't send any voicenote longer than 9 secs, and on their support site they state that the cause is a glass. (Voice notes were working fine before applying the glass). This never happened to me with another Zagg products.

I've had plenty of luck with Zagg products in the past. With the purchase of my iPhone X, I wanted the best in screen protection for my phone. I did my research and purchased the Sapphire Glass. I have a folio case for my phone as well. I typically keep my phone in my pocket. During a normal day's use, the screen protector will shift on the screen and does not stay in its original position. I had contacted Zagg and followed all of their instructions from the get-go. I installed the screen protector and let it sit overnight at least 8 hours before touching my screen. Regardless, the screen protector still shift and slides everywhere. Their customer service has been great and I've been sent multiple replacement screens, however the same problem can be reproduced with each and every one. When this screen protector slides off again (and I'm sure it will), I'll look into a different type or brand of screen protector. Sadly disappointed in what was once a solid, study, and awesome screen protector.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I thought that by moving up from the HD+ to the sapphire defense I would be seeing an upgrade. Wow, was I wrong. My first problem started at the unboxing stage. I was quick to find that - surprisingly - this product did not include an installation frame, like its lower price counterparts do. This is embarrassing for you, Zagg. If you set that standard, you need to stick to it, or there will be a GAP between REALITY and EXPECTATION, which will result in (this), the unhappy customer. Don't have a better installation experience on a cheaper/lower quality product. Second, BUBBLES! EVERYWHERE! Despite cleaning, dusting, and stickering any particles away, it was incredibly bubbly - and not in the fun way. Finally - QUALITY. I guess I thought that sapphire defense would be higher quality protection and at least the same visual quality as the HD+, but again, I was mistaken. This is not an acceptable tradeoff by any means, and screen quality should be BETTER than the HD+. Overall, very disappointing product and not worth the step up in purchase price from the HD+. Do not waste your money.

Can confirm with all the other reviews that this screen protector slides all over the place. I have to shift the protector several times a day if I'm walking around with it in my pocket. The protector itself seems to do it's job quite well, but the adhesive is just not very good making it really difficult to recommend.

I have had many screen protectors and bought the “New” Sapphire Defense for my IPhone X. When I applied I noticed a defect in the screen dead center. I confirmed it was not a bubble or dust. Completed application and edges will not stay down. It looks terrible. Luckily bought the Zagg HD as backup and it fits perfect. Removed Sapphire and am returning.

Looks like a plastic blend. You can see horizontal lines at certain angles. The worst part about this screen protector is that it slides around. Pulled the phone out of my pocket and the screen protector was no longer aligned. I managed to slide it back into place (almost felt like I was damaging the phone doing so). The following day that same thing happened only this time it shifted far enough that it passed the curved edge on top so when I slid it back into place it had a horrible air bubble looking thing all along the top side. It wasn’t just these two instances. It would always shift. I finally had enough of it and returned the product to zaag. Save your money, it is definitely not worth the money...

I would give this 4.5 if I could. Great install. The reason I would take of 0.5 point is because the instructions were a bit confusing.

Bought this for my iphone X. Followed the instructions and it left small debris and lines on the shield after applying the coating. Waste of money, don't buy this product.

I have used InvisibleShield for years on iPhones. First thing I done was purchase the best InvisibleShield screen protector. As of now I have had so many replacements sent and even tried switching to the glass hd + that I will no longer be using InvisibleShield. I have had to have so many replacement screen protectors sent that I have lost count never had this problem on any other iPhones. But, NONE of th InvisibleShield screen protectors are worth a dime for the iPhone X. I am very disappointed in the quality of the screen protectors for the iPhone X. Not what I have came to except from a company I have used for years. Now I am in search of a new brand to use on my iPhone X.

To my lowest expectations they managed to lower it some more... incredible; to add insult to injury don't bother contact tech support they just want your info for solicitation.
