Be careful!

Well, it didn't work. There were still lints under the screen protector and air bubbles that were suppose to go away after a few hours. Other than the above, the screen protector is good and fits my Kindle HD 8 perfectly fine.

Very good protection

I was willing to buy it and have the Geek install it. A Best Buy clerk found the protector, handed it to the Geek, and it was installed. The Geek answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. The only thing that would have pleased me more would have been if the store could have sold me, and the Geek installed, a hardened glass screen protector -- but the protector that was provided is giving me excellent service.
