Customers are saying

Customers value the protection and quality of the InvisibleShield screen protector, frequently citing its scratch resistance and the included warranty as positive aspects. However, many customers experienced issues with the screen protector's adhesion, compatibility with phone cases, and the lifting of edges. The ease of application was also a point of concern for several users.

So I couldn't return mine after the recall and after returning the phone so this is at 3 stars because it was useful when I had the Note 7 but useless once I returned it. Would've been awesome if Zagg or Bestbuy gave refunds on it but nope. Money down the drain. If you're still going to buy it I will say that installation was horrible, it took me awhile to get all the air bubbles out.

Not suited for curve on note 7 if you use case

After getting this installed on my note 7 and letting it set for 48 hours I placed a small open faced case on the phone and the screen protector came right off on the corners where the curves are. Had to go back and get another protector placed on my phone. I tried to use the phone with no case and just the screen protector but it started peeling on the curves right away. Took off the protector and gave up. Now I have a case with a protector you would use with a flat screen phone and it works great if you don't mind the curves being unprotected. I would not recommend this screen protector for the note 7.

I usually like Zagg products however this one.. not too much. I had the Notes7 and the shield although it wrapped around the screen 1- it did not stick and 2- It caused a problem when trying to put the phone in the outerbox case. The edges kept raising.. Outside of that the screen was crisp and clear you couldn't tell you had it on the phone

I have used many Zagg Screen Protectors over the years, this is the first time i am disappointed. I had the screen protector installed in store, and it appeared to go on just fine. They warned me to wait at least 24 hours before putting a case on the phone, as the screen needed to dry. They stated the curved edges can cause issues if the screen is not 100% dry. I waited 48 hours just to be sure, put my Otterbox Commuter on, and anywhere the case touched the Zagg Screen, it started peeling as if nothing were holding it in place. It peels everywhere, not just the curved edges. It is as if the adhesive has no holding power whatsoever. As the title says, do NOT buy this if you plan on getting a case.

    the fit is tricky

The shield stretched coming off the backing film causing detritus-attracting pockets under the surface. Stickiness off the edges is not solid so they are pushed up by the edges of the case. This problem is understandable on the "edge" surfaces of the phone. However, the upper & lower edges of the phone show the same issue.

The quality of the shield is what you would expect from Zagg, but the edges would just not stay down. Geek Squad installed one and I installed one with the same result. The sharp edge on the Note is just not shield friendly.

    Failed Installation Process

I can't comment as to how the protector looks/performs on my phone, as I didn't get that far. It's designed with a step by step, "peel this layer first" type of process, which is good, however the protector didn't separate with the correct layer, rendering the entire process ineffective. Unfortunately before I realized this, I had already used the activator wipe and tried to install the protector that was not on the layer I thought it was, and it was facing the wrong direction for simply using the other layer. It got pretty mangled and wouldn't stick to the phone well by the time I tried to sort it out properly, so I gave up and just bought another (different brand) protector. Had the protector separated to the right layer of plastic for installation, I don't think I'd have a problem with this item.

Not bad for the price, however mine lasted about a month before it started to show cracks in the cover and chips. its not like the older ones( few years back) where it lasted at least a year. l have a case cover included for extra protection which helps but still didn't stop the chipping away

I purchased & loved my previous Zagg screen protector products. Purchasing this one was a no brainer on my part, however; its not glass which was and is a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. It does protect the screen for what its worth but it doesn't completely fit with the case and is lifting on one side.

Knowing that the curved edges on the Note 7 causes a challenge for screen protectors I did not expect it to be perfect. Had the screen protector put on at the local Best Buy mobile store by an employee much more skilled than myself which went smoothly. Was told to wait as long as I could before I put the phone into a protective case to let the screen protector to set. Waited 2 days and put the phone into an otter box commuter case. Screen protector would raise up in random places around the case edge until I removed it from the case. Even after using the phone without the case the film raised up in a new spot. Since my phone was recalled I replaced this protector with a different brand hoping for a better fit.

i've always used ZAGG on my previous phones. but this particular shield for the note 7 on my 1st one and replacement, the edges seems to start to peel off after a week or so and never settled. i never had any issues w/ any of my previous phones w/ edgeless & flat surfaced phones.

If you have a Samsung phone that has an edge screen then this is your only option and it does the job for those phones. If your device has a flat screen then spend the extra money and buy a Zagg Glass screen protector. The difference in quality is worth the price.

I purchased this for the cursed Note 7 replacement phone because there were no glass protectors available. Not happy with the way it is coming up from corners but since I'm exchanging phone for IPhone 7 plus I'll wait and purchase the glass one instead.

This product does a great job of protecting your screen. The downfall is that if you put a case on after it will start to lift the screen protector on the rounded corners of the phone. It does not fall off but the corners now have dust stuck underneath.

Great brand, but poor product for 'edge' devices.

I love Zagg products. Absolutely. But the Zagg shield created for the edge devices are... not good. That's putting it mildly. The included squeegee does not work on the edges, and therefore the shield does not sit snugly over the edges of these rounded-edge devices. Because of this issue, the Zagg shield peels up off of the edges (especially if you use a phone protector sleeve like I do), so you have to keep pressing it down and pressing it down. On top of all of that, keeping it in your pocket will force dust and debris under the edges of the Zagg shield and then it will never stick to your device again. Even still, the Zagg shields are great - they do very well to protect all kinds of devices, and I will continue to buy them as long as I own anything that needs screen protection. The only bummer is that Zagg does not make the Zagg Glass for the edge products yet. As soon as they do, I'll buy that instead, and hopefully they will hold up better.

My screen was put on by the geek squad and the install was not the best but according to the guy the bubbles would smooth out over night while the install dried well be the end of the night the cover fell off and was worthless.

It is a good protector and does a fine job. Although so do many others that cost less. Much less. I would have given it another star but the first one i bought had to be returned because there was a defect out the box.

This was the only protector available for purchase when the phone came out. It was difficult to put on. I noticed a lot of customers mentioning the same. Also, around the edges on mine it has started peeling off.

    Peels at corners

I got this at the same time I got my phone and Tech21 Evo case. It was recommended by the sale person. It was installed and I waited a day before I put the case on. Everything looked great when I first put the case one but after a few minutes the corners started to bubble and peel up. Then the edge area started doing the same. This product is labeled as "case friendly" however that's not true.

I am not sure if it was the install, the phone having a curved screen, or the fact the product wasn't capable of working correctly. I had this installed by BB and waited as long as they told me to. I had the OtterBox Commuter and over time the Zagg began to pull back on the corners. Dirt would get under, and eventually I had to just cut the screen to remove the horrible sections. Zagg is a great product, but this one wasn't doing them any favors.
