Followed the directions exactly and the protector fell off after a couple of days. Cost way to much for how long it lasted. The cheaper ones onAmazon are better

I did mine first and it was difficult to install (compared to others I've done) but it came out good. Hers came out perfect. Zagg promoted their warranty and that's why I went with this brand. Well my wife's screen is now showing some weird bubbles and when I went to submit a claim for warranty replacement, they charge you at least a $9.99 shipping fee to replace it under warranty at Zagg.com. LOL.
