The only problem is that I purchased to use my iPad while traveling to reduce the size and weight of my laptop. Well, this thing, along with the iPad, is the same size as a laptop and close to the weight. No benefit for my purpose.

This solves that problem. The keyboard attaches to a outer shell, so even wothout the keyboard attached there is protection.

I don’t use a trackpad so there’s no need for the mouse but this keyboard works directly with my iPad, no issues. Only thing that I would look for is a sturdier iPad case portion. This one slips a little when you grab it but the edges.

Its very convenient, lightweight, and manageable. I really love it and it has backlit laptop style keys. I love mine. I'm glad I got it.

So I got this ZAGG wireless keyboard and I could not be happier. They keys feel amazing and the detachable case makes it easy when I need just the screen for drawing.
