I dropped my tablet a month into owning it. I thought that the screen protector was cracked. 9 months later and find out that my screen is cracked. Now I don't have a clue who pays for this and I will be without my tablet for how long? I call Best Buy and their Geek Squad person isn't even in the store. It is a call center. They also can't answer any of my questions. I am not happy!

Sorry but these freaking prices are getting out of control. This should only cost no more than freaking $20 bucks if that.
