Waste of time and money! Do not buy!

The item was a gift and was thrown away by person who received, so that was embarassing. I ask Best Buy chat if I can get refund for defective item, even if I don't have shield and they said yes, but to go to a store and Best Buy store said chat was wrong and did not let me return unless I had the actual plastic shield. Wasted a trip just to have them look down at me. It is only a 15 dollar item. We tried Zagg, but they only ship a replacement and charge you shipping fee of 11 dollars, this is for almost the price of the item. I wanted refund, not to pay for another bad item. Waste of time and money! I don't usually care about vendor name that create shields, but I will not buy Zagg products anymore. I will also not buy from Best Buy anymore due to ignorant customer service. If the customer representative had said no, cannot do a return unless I had the shield, I wouldn't have stood in a returns line after Christmas.

Product has been on less than 30 days and is already peeling off. Zagg wants over $10 to mail a replacement. Product isn't worth $10 per month to keep the watch protected. I definitely don't recommend Zagg due to lack of quality and not charging actual mailing cost to get the replacement. Just a scheme by them to keep you paying them regularly for a product that has a premium price and is probably no better than the cheap screen protectors from Amazon. I wouldn't mind to pay the actual mailing cost but when I bought the original product for $15 from Best Buy and I'm being charged $10 for the "Free" warranty replacement from Zagg what is the point? They just use the "Free" lifetime replacement as a gimmick to get you to buy. At least I bought it on sale and didn't pay full price. Do yourself a favor and go another route to protect your Pixel Watch 4.

It came off about a month later. I had to order a free replacement, but I had to pay half its price to cover shipping.
