Great purchase. Good: makes touch typing at full speed easy as using a desktop keyboard. Bad: Tight fit makes going with a naked tablet difficult. Impossible to charge tablet while using. Shift key issues. Very thin near buttons and snapped. The springs below each key gives amazing tachtile feedback and makes for simple touch typing. First, let me just say I love this keyboard. It is easy to use and makes the tablet so much more functional it has all but replaced my desktop and laptop computers. Typing is a breeze, as is being able to use all the shortcut keys to navigate. This has the added bonus of keeping my screen cleaner as I don't have to touch it with my oily fingers.The battery lasts a long time and charges quickly (can charge while using). The case protects my Tablet from everyday bumps and thumps while making it look like a small laptop PC. Also, all the holes fit nicely with the various ports and buttons with the exception of the headphone jack (see below). The ugly parts are small enough to easily overlook, but I'll mention them here to maintain full disclosure. Due to the VERY tight fit, it takes some effort both to insert and remove for table only use. Also, the very thin area around the volume button split almost immediately, but without any loss of function. The hole for the headphone jack is OK for small diameter straight headphone plugs, but does not accept wider styled casings. On my unit, when the CAP LOCKS button is pressed, a small blue LED indicates it is active, but it isn't. Then, when it is pressed again to deactivate, it becomes active. A small annoyance no doubt. To summerize: I could not imagine using a tablet with having this Folio Case/Keyboard available.

The keyboard itself is fast and responsive. It has little to no delay as a similar Zagg unit for my iPad Air does. The key lighting is good, and a month later and I've not had to recharge it once. The cons are more picky. The case portion is not molded to match the Tab4 but a generic box, leaving some void spaces behind the back of the tablet. It snaps in with difficultly and takes hard pressure to get it seated to where the clamshell closes properly. Once inside, everything is as advised. The charging port cannot be used while open, but that is a defeat in Samsung's design not Zagg's. One other quibble is that the micro-SD card port cannot be accessed while in the shell, you have to shell the tablet out. If you end up changing the Micro-SD often this will be annoying.

It is a nice keyboard with the light on and you could choose from different colors, but it is difficult to snap in and take out, and it is real heavy after snap in the tablet to carry everywhere. The keyboard is responded fast for every words you are type.

Love that this combines the protection of a hard tablet case (a necessity that's proven impossible to find) and a keyboard (i planned on eventually purchasing one)

I needed a keyboard case for my Galaxy Note 10.1 2013 version and chatted with a BB rep online before purchase to see if this case would fit that version of Note 10.1 and was assured that it would. We discussed dimensions of the tablet and the case and he assured me it was designed for this tablet. Ordered online and picked up in store, only to find it is not for Note 10.1 of either 2013 or 2014 vintage. It seemed good enough and well enough made, but I found a super Logitech bluetooth compac keyboard just recently on market that fits in my Note 10.1 case for safety and transport.

I really like this Bluetooth keyboard case. It's so much easier for me to use the keyboard instead of my touch screen. My screen stays cleaner and when the keyboard is closed, my Samsung galaxy 10.1 shuts down & awakens with I open up the keyboard. The battery is also Great!

Protects and covers tab nicely, however you cannot stand the tab up or have it open while it is being recharged as the usb sticks out in an awkward position - making it very difficult. It is an ok case but there are better one out there for about the same price.

I like the look and feel of this keyboard. Once locked in, your tablet is secure.

Love sturdy feel. Dislike position of power outlet which places great strain on charger cord if open zag like a notebook. Went through at least two power cords. Now I have to either cease using while RE charging or continue to use as RE charging but hold upright like reading a book

Bought this for my Tab 4 tablet. Compared it to other manufacturers keyboards. This was by far the sturdiest and easiest to view at any angle and most convenient. It was not the lightest or most compact case/keyboard but was confident that it would protect better then the others.

This keyboard case seems very sturdy, that being said, it is kind of heavy. I haven't actually gotten it to work yet. Because I'm having trouble using the Bluetooth on my tablet. However, I can tell that this is a good product. Hopefully I'll have it set up soon and I'll edit my review ;)

This key board is good and the battery life is good. But the tablet does not fit flush in the holder part of the key board sometimes this can cause hte tablet to go black because it hits the power button. Other then that its good.

I loved it! It's easy to use, easy to understand, and works perfectly. Charge holds for a LONG time. No complaints.

Exactly what I was looking for. The hinge makes this easily the best case I have ever had. No more floppy stands that fall over. IT turn your tablet into a legit laptop. Keyboard feels great and the weight makes it even more legit.

It works great when I am away from home. I enjoy emailing from my tablet again. It's like having a compact laptop that goes every where I go.

It is portable. It would be nice if there was some cushion for protection for impact for both the keyboard & tablet & if the lid could tilt back further.

I would recommend this folio to anyone. it is compact and very easy to use.

The only thing I did not like was that the plastic was made with cheap material so if are a type of person who likes to take your tablet out of the case multiple times I would not recommend it since the plastic may crack without the proper way of taking it out. But overall, I love it it light up the keyboard and it connects fat.

Great product but heavy!! It is has a great use when typing papers for school. However sometimes the bluetooth connection falls off in the middle of the typing. It could be from a low battery. However, other than the heaviness of the item it is a good buy.

The salesperson who was so helpful assisting me in selecting my tablet also was instrumental in my purchase of this keyboard attachment. I love it! It not only gives me a keyboard but doubles as a protective case for my tablet.
