Typing on a regular sized iPad screen isn't too bad, but doing it on an iPad mini screen was a bit more difficult than I wanted to deal with. So I shopped around for a nice, budget-priced bluetooth keyboard and case in one. None of the lower-priced models really fit the bill for me, but the Zagg looked like it would be great. The feel is very good, keys are where you expect them to be, I am EXTREMELY happy to have direction arrow keys!! No more tapping in and trying to drag the cursor to the right spot with your finger - just tap in anywhere close and move it with the arrow keys! Yes!!! The battery charge lasts forever and it has no battery "memory" effect so I can recharge it whenever I think about it without having to drain it all the way down first. I also like very much the fact that many of the CMD key functions on my MacBook Pro also work now on my iPad Mini2, such as CMD-C copy, CMD-V paste, CMD-tab to cycle through open apps, etc. Plus, using the ALT key (same as option key on Mac), I can use the shift key and arrow keys when typing to highlight selections - very nice! Lastly, I really like how durable it is. It has a really sturdy hinge that is just tight enough to stay put at any angle but easy enough to adjust when you want, and the clamshell design stays closed nicely when closed. The iPad Mini2 fits easily into the case, but it's also easy to remove if you ever wanted to. The only issue is not related to this case in particular, but to any case - if I want to flick up from the bottom of the screen, it's a little hard to do that, so I just rotate the screen 90 degrees, flick up, change whatever setting an then rotate the screen back again. No big deal. All in all I am extremely happy with this purchase. It happened to be slightly discounted from the usual $80 pricetag at the time, too, so that was just a bonus. I highly recommend this product.

Bought this case & keyboard combo for my Son's iPad mini. The keys are a good size but what I really like is that it protects his iPad mini!

Lite and fits snuggley. Does a decent job protecting my iPad mini. One design flaw is the you cannot fold the top back or under the iPad.

Great Product, totally recommend ! Easy to use , easy to charge. Battery last for up to 3 months of usage before having to recharge.

This is a very sturdy case, not too heavy, fits well and has a nice grippy surface. The keyboard is comfortable. The problem is that one of the three we purchased has constant issues with connectivity. It says it is connected, but nothing happens when you type. Sometimes we are able to get it to reconnect by having the iPad forget and then reconnect; sometimes not. I'd suggest giving this case a try if you get a great price and being prepared to exchange it if you have the issues we have had with one.

I was looking for a case that not only protected my iPad but also gave me the ability to type. This case does exactly that.

Nice to have a keyboard instead of using screen but is a little small. The cover holds up very nice. Easy to carry around.

Purchased 3 units for wife and grandchildren, with tactile keyboard to more easily type with iPad. Great quality as a keyboard, and drop/fall protection as a case when not in use.

The wife loves the color and the keyboard. Only down side is the keyboard isn't back lit for this one.

I have been using this keyboard for heavy note taking in nursing school, amongst leisure activities, and can say I have never been so satisfied with a product. Easy link capabilities, and battery life is phenomenal! I have charged since buying 2 years ago and it is still alive and kicking! I broke the joint from dropping it otherwise hold up extremely well and protects iPad wonderfully
