I love it, easy to use, easy to connect and is not heavy

Excellent third party controller! First of all, the quality check for this product is real hit and miss. When the controller is a dud, you know right away. If it isn't a dud, then it's gonna last you for years. We bought a Zen Pro for my brother as a birthday gift. It worked flawlessly and beautifully. He just couldn't stop gushing about it. How seamlessly it worked with his Nintendo Switch and his smart phone. Not just that, but how easy it was to switch the controller between the two devices. I decided to order one for myself. It came in and was defective. I took it back to Best Buy and they ordered me another one in. The second one works perfect! I do not have a single complaint about the Zen Pro. If you're looking for a third party controller for your Switch, than this is the one to buy! Side note, the literature that comes in the box is not very descriptive, on any level. BUT, the manufactures website has all the info you could ever want! Including firmware updates if you need them!

Normal controller but with what feels more added weight maybe since it has more function that can be used but feels really good holding and playing with. Has a bit of a connection issue on PC at times but overall great quality and amazing functions.

I recently bought this item for myself and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. It was easy to connect to my current switch console and works really well for a controller. I don’t necessarily like the joycons as the controller but this item is very similar to other console controllers and very easy to use. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes a more console similar controller option.

Really cool that 3rd party hardware has met and now surpassed the standards of the original console controllers. This controller not only looks great but performs better than the Switch Pro remote. I haven't used it much but the only moderate negative I could find is that the sticks aren't very stick and I do wonder how they will fare long term. Other than that I would highly recommend this product

The material makes my hands sweat a little compared to other controllers and the bluetooth is wonky on windows, but it works great wired. The buttons feel great and I have never noticed any kind of input delay on PC or on switch.

Good controller. Easy setup. Good value on sale. Turns off quickly to save batteries.

This controller is perfect for the switch and much more as it can connect to your phone and even your pc as a bonus. Hall effect analogs feel like a dream. The triggers are also super satisfying.

This controller is great and I love that it can be programmed to different consoles. Currently, I use the controller for my phone (iOS) and my Microsoft Surface, and I can also pair it to a Nintendo switch and an Xbox. I love that and the price range. This is still more affordable than many other single console controllers! Also the grip is great on this controller. Your hands don’t sweat after using for a while and it’s comfortable for the average sized hand.

Very premium feel and very easy to switch between devices. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who owns a switch and will be buying a second one later. Works on iOS and android

My family love using this gaming controller! It charges quickly, has not lost connectivity, and it's easy and comfortable to use. I am glad my family found it, as we can play on our tablet.

I like the magnetic sticks no drifting so far. Weight is just right for extended game play

This controller was super easy to setup and worked very very well. The battery life is great and the overall quality is very nice.

Nice heft to it, texturing helps it stay in your hands. Perfect tactile response from the face buttons, smooth triggers, & the joysticks are drift-proof. Programmable layout, too. I bought mine for the Switch but I’ve used it with my PS4 & an iPad. For $60 this is a steal!

Great controller though the right stick does squeak ever so slightly

Works great for the Switch, I try to use it on my pc when my Xbox controller messed up on me. But the controller never worked so the connection to anything else makes me concerned. I haven’t tried connecting it to anything else other than those 2 but that’s about it

I’ve been using this controller for over a month now and can easily say its one if the best 3rd party controllers I’ve ever owned. The build quality and weight feel exceptionally premium. The buttons and triggers are solid, and has some of the smoothest tumbsticks I’ve ever felt. The abilty to toggle between devices (PC and Switch for me) is great feature and works flawlessly.

It's just as good as any other controller. It has good battery life, and is very reliable and easy to connect to your Switch.
