Garbage, save your money and buy elsewhere

Best Buy has sent someone out three times to correct the installation of this hood, and it’s still blowing the air back into my house instead of outside. Almost $1000 and have garbage. I was better off with my old microwave hood.

We installed this ourselves, making a rectangular opening in brick was the most tricky part of the install, otherwise it was a breeze and the hood is perfect for our needs.

Fans throw a thin stream of captured air from side of the fana. Fills house with smoke. They should really cover those centrifugal fans

Well, they came and installed this expensive hood. Now one fan not working, asked me to call Bestbuy support. Now on the phone as well on the middle of the road, fingers crossed. Will update as things progress. They asked me to call this number when i called 18882378289 ---- 8004335778.

Bad vent. Do not buy

Oil is leaking outside of the drip pan. There is a leak at the edge of the unit which spoiled the look of our entire back splash.
