Damaged
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed with the Zephyr hood. It was delivered and not installed because my kitchen was still being remodeled. When I opened the box to have it installed the hood was damaged. Both sides dented and bent inward. It was no longer returnable/exchangeable and now I have a $1,400 hood that looks terrible.

Excellent Range Hood

Some pros and some cons
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First the Cons: 1 nearly all the picture of this do not show the seam in the exhaust duct. It is really a two-part assembly so we have a seam but the pictures only show the lower half so it looks like a seamless ductwork. I think that’s a bit deceptive on the Zephyr’s part 2. This has a software bug. Demonstrated turn the fan on with a light and fan to medium then lower the fan down to one and then lower it one more down below one. Wait five seconds the light will turn off and the fan display shows a weird display not in the user manual and nothing will work until you hold down the right to buttons into a complete reboot of the computer inside. This is clearly a software bug For the pros: #1 suction is very good and it’s at two. Keep in mind you would definitely need to have make up air in your home if you install this in most places. Research that first because I can be a considerable expense more than doubling the cost of the actual unit #2 the lights are very nice d bight with good color.
