Poor quality and poor service.

Best Buy suggested I bring it in store to have it checked instead of them coming to fix it. Poor quality and poor service from Best Buy.

The bottles actually fit

It even holds fatter champagne bottles with ease without impacting pullout shelf function. It is quiet and has 7 different lights so you can clearly see the bottle labels.

Sent Two Brand New Defective Wine Coolers

They took the other and delivered a second cooler and its doing the same thing! This cant be coincidence. Poorly manufactured product- dont waste your time or money!
