I got this for my son as a training tool to improve his baseball swing. While it is cool to see the bat speed, where he strikes the ball, and the path of his swing, there is no advice on how to improve. I even went on their website, youtube, etc. to see if there was anything instructional on "if your swing is this, try doing this" and there is nothing. As a coach and someone who played for 15 years, I can offer him plenty of advice just by watching him swing. I really hoped that this device would give him some sort of advanced analysis that could be improved upon. Right now him and his friends essentially just use it like some free app game where they can see who swings the fastest. I still have hope for it, but hopefully they will improve what to do with all the feedback you get. Right now I wouldn't recommend this because it is quite expensive and someone with no baseball background would have NO idea what to do with the data you get.

The swing tracker works extremely well and provides good swing statistics. The app is a bit clunky to use. My biggest gripe is that the data isn't of much value unless you know a lot about swing mechanics. The app needs to do a better job of helping understand what swing path, angles, and other metrics are good and how to improve those that aren't

Awesome item, it's not perfect but if you know what your looking at you can make great adjustments. Make sure you enter the correct email addresses on set up because once enter they can only be change by resetting.

The Zepp is an incredible tool/instrument to help baseball players learn about their swing. Learning everything from the "Attack angle" of the bat, to bat and hand speed, to the video and scroll tool, to the avatar and different swing planes etc., all these things are awesome (I've never seen anything quite like this and I lived back in the 70's, when dinosaurs roamed the earth as the earth's crust was cooling). As well, once you've used it a little it's not as cumbersome to navigate around. However, the some questions I have are: how far back do you need to stand (there are times when I wonder if it's getting accurate data or if the data is skewed due to wrong distance, or something along those lines)? Is is best to stand front, back, or side? How do I best use this data? And how best can I help my son (14) make improvement (since I'm not a major league, or any league, batting instructor)? Again, this is an awesome tool but just a few questions someone new to the instrument has

This is a very good tool for tracking batting progression especially for high school players. It not only tracks impact time but also if a batters hands are floating and levelness of the swing. My son showcases and the Zepp batting system is used by the organizers to report individual stats. So working with it outside of the prospect camps allows for him to perfect his abilities.

I use the Zepp to analyze softball swings in order to get continuous feedback on bat speed, angle of barrel through the strike zone, etc, and the Zepp makes it simple to make sure the swing is consistent.

Not sure that all the measurements are relevant for really young players but the Zepp is easy to use and gives good data feedback for my high school players to better assess their swings in the batting cage.

Bought this because the golf package wasn't available then bough the golf accessory. It works great and give detailed feedback on your golf swing.

I bought this for my brother, a college baseball player. He recently underwent shoulder surgery and I got this so he could track his swing as he recovers.

This item has helped immensely for my son to see how is swing is. A good tool for kids to use.

Purchased this to analyze and improve my child's baseball swing. Data is presented as five key factors (bat speed at impact, max hand speed, time to impact, vertical angle at impact and attack angle). App analyzes data and returns with suggestion on how to improve swing. 3D visualzation shows batter what their swing looks like from 4 different angles. Time will tell if the feedback provided results in an improved swing or hitting, but a interesting tools nonetheless.

Great tool to use to analyze your swing for players and coaches. Navigating through the app and the web site is a little confusing. I would like to see a little more tutorial material, that would be helpful. The training resources are great, lots of drills and videos to help improve the areas that the analyzer shows that need improvement.

I bought the ZEPP for my son that plays a lot of softball. The bonus is that my granddaughter and grandson will also benefit from it. They are already planning their weekends having batting practice:) Everyone can hardly wait to see how their batting improves over the season. Great family gift!

Provides great feedback on your swing. Setup is very easy.

We have been using this with my 9 yr old and 15 yr old since christmas. I am enjoying this new device. We have seen both of their swing speeds gradually higher and more consistent. I recommend for anyone who is looking for another tools to add to the toolbox.
