Not what I expected.

I can't describe it, but it does not taste good. In addition, the top of the filter cracked and leaks water when it filled to the top.

Bitter water

Yellow ion beads surfaced to the top of the basin. Called Zero Water and they discerned my location produces excellent water but I will have to change the filter monthly anyway. No thank you. At $15. a filter? I'll drink my local tap water. Same thing happened with Zero Water filtered pitcher water I bought for family member.

UNHAPPY PURCHASE

Within a month, the water inside the pitcher turn sour. Basically bought this pitcher at a very good price but then have to change the filter monthly which I think is a bit expensive. I stop using it.

Filter hard to screw on

I screwed it on and the water was leaking from the top of the filter. I unscrewed and tried several times until it stopped leaking from the top. Because the filter is hard to get on I don't think I'll keep this pitcher once the filter needs to be replaced.

Second Try - Horrible Filter / Pitcher
