Excellent water filter system ! This filter ensures virtually all dissolved solids are removed, enhancing taste and appearance.

I give Zerowater 5 stars but I give these filters 1 star because they are not genuine Zerowater filters. I have been using Zerowater since October 2021. I usually order replacement filters directly from the company but ventured out to authorized resellers. I received the filters from Best Buy in December 2023 and after using the first one, I cut it open to make sure it had the 5 layer filtration. It did not. The layer number 2 was a super thin piece of foam. It should be thicker. It also only contained all black 'activate carbon' if it was that. There was NO brown/tan sandy ionization exchanger and there should be a big layer of that. It was all black 'sand' or 'carbon'. Comparing it to the actual Zerowater filter directly from the company, the outer plastic is a different color, the blue rings are a different color and actual zerowater filters are longer than these and of course the insides are not the same. I would not buy these filters from anyone other than the company. It's the only way you'll know you're getting the real deal. Look at the actual ZeroWater website for the 5 different layers filters should have.

i bought the replacements and tested them with my tester and read 044 right out of the box then later at 019, pamphlet states to replace when it reads 009. They were packaged but It seems its faulty or used ??

I finally got around to opening the filters I picked up from the store 17 days ago. As I used ZeroWater for a long time, I know it will be kept. However, when I first opened it, the filter and cover had water residue. Further, after I filled the water and tasted it, it tasted funny, which led me to test the water, and it read 114 on the indicator!!! It's a used filter!!

I bought the new ZeroWater pitcher and also purchased the 4 pack of filters from Best Buy. They work great, easy to install, and last quite a long time before the little gauge tells you to change them. They average about $11 bucks a piece when you purchase them in the 4 pack, so that is pretty reasonable. The pitcher is quite small, so make sure you purchase the one that fits your needs. But overall, it works much better than my old filtered pitcher, just smaller. Recommended!

Great deal on a two pack of filters. They last a long time on continuous use and are easily switched in and out. Great product, great value, highly recommend!

Last about a month and a half for my family of 3. Love the taste of the water when the filter is fresh.

The thing about water purification is "How do you know it working?" That is what sold me on the ZeroWater System. Each dispenser comes with an electronic meter that actually measures the amount of Total Dissolved Solids that are in your water. And you can measure your tap water, then put it into the ZeroWater System and actually see that your water is now reading 000. The taste is clear and pure. I measure frequently, and watch the numbers. When it hits 006, I get ready to buy a new filter. They average about $15, and so far I am close to 4-5 weeks between filters.

I used to go to Water Stations (Lucky and Safeway) to fill up our 5-gallon water containers. But when I was introduce to Zero Water, it completely changes everything. Not only I save money on refiling our 5-gallon containers but I also save money on gas and most importantly, saves my back from carrying these containers to our house. With that said, the four filters is a must-buy. It last longer than any other filters in my honest opinion. When you use it, water taste better too. In our house, we use these filter using the Zero pitcher that has the zero tool to measure if the water that you're drinking has no contaminants. Try it and see for yourself.

These filters are so easy to use for the machine and last a long time. Great value!

Good value for water filter replacements. These filters last so long and I like the taste of the water after it is filtered. These filters make a huge difference and greatly improve our tap water.

These are great! They take my tap water from 510 particulates to 0!!! Tastes so much better!

Great filtration system. The water is clean and tastes great, but the filters don't last terribly long and maintaining this system with a larger family can be costly.

The best tasting water I’ve had from a filter that doesn’t require a big device. Simple to use and cleans the water the best for a simple device, just want the replacement filters were less expensive, other than that is the best.

It's ridiculous to have to filter our water, and all the toxins going into our water that have to be filtered out. That said, Zero water has been my favorite brand for years. I used to buy replacement filters at Bed Bath and Beyond until they closed my local store. Getting my replacement filters from Best Buy is the next best thing for pricing and convenience.
