This gimbal is excellent and compact. It fits my and stabilizes my A7 III and 20mm/85mm like a charm. MAKE SURE TO USE THE USB-C TO MULTI for camera connectivity. Also, make sure to check the Zhiyun website for camera compatibility.

Really cool device. For one day. Now it keeps going into sleep mode on its own. It was updated to the latest firmware and a factory reset didn’t resolve the issue either. Returning.

I had an issue with the crane after updating it. This is a quality made item even though it is made out of plastic. i wished it work properly. I goes to sleep after 5 minutes. I would buy again but Best Buy needs to offer the bundle with the back pack and the phone holder. That bundle is 449.99. i looked up the cost of the phone holder itself. and the phone holder itself cost $60. 380 plus 60 is 440. which means the back pack in the bundle is $10. Great Quality, just the update messed it up, and i wasnt gonna wait for a fix.

The quality of material and craftsmanship is very good. Stabilization is excellent with fine-tuning adjustments. The light on the front is very bright. It's perfect for real estate videography.

I would give it 5-stars but I took a star away because it's good but not 5-star good.
The power of this gimball Is ok. I use this with a Sony zv1 inside a ulanzi cage with the 50mm lens mod and if I use a Ride video micro, it has just enough power to work it. I am not super impressed with it's power but it does have weight limits for a reason so there is that.
I've used the built in LED light for low light product videos and it works perfectly (especially when used with area lighting). This gimball looks pretty nice to the point where regular folks assume my rig setup using this gimball "must be expensive". I also like all of the operating modes of this gimball. I've used this with my zv1 in the cage, GoPro Heros 9&10 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ phone in a phone mount and all worked flawless (GoPro's have the 1/4" thread base mod allowing me to use the mount this gimball came with).

Very easy to use, unfortunately had to return because despite the specifications saying the weight capacity is 3.31 pounds, my camera weighs 2lbs and it was wayyy too heavy to the point where it couldn't be used.

While it looks great, trying to get someone at the store to show me how to use it was an absolute disaster. Product knowledge would be helpful, sales people. We count on you to know how your products work.

The best stabilizer I've ever used. It works very well with my Sony ZV-E10. This gimbal is small in size and super portable but also has very powerful motors to support heavier cameras. Highly recommend

This gimbal offers basic stabilization but falls short in usability. Lacking companion software limits customization. Calibration is a cumbersome process, often leading to frustration. It gets the job done but is far from user-friendly.

I use this gimbal with Canon eos r6 and works ok. Can’t help since this gimbal is small. I bought this gimbal for light weight and small size for carry around. Just needed few smooth shot for my wedding shoot.

Strong gimbal in a smaller size

This gimbal has very strong motors for a smaller size gimbal. This handles small mirrorless cameras with ease (as long as the lens is not to front heavy). I do like the touch screen as it makes navigating in the field much easier.
I like the way to gimbal adds a more cinematic flow to my pan and walking shots.
the fill night is a nice addition as it helps to illuminate the face when doing talking head video.
Balancing after a few times is pretty quick and painless as each e\axis has a lock so it makes isolating the different axis indecently more precise.
