I bought the gimbal to compare with my other gimbal I have and perhaps use my phone more to take videos. Gimbal works great with IOS app but Android app will not work at all. I own Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, S8+, and S9+, and the android app will not record video. Tech support is useless. I will be returning this unit back to best buy.

I could never get it to balance out with my Galaxy S8. May have just been me but...

It was a bit difficult to work with as it wasn't move as expected every time.

Just like the title says. Bought one of these over the DJI model and the motor to pan was completely fried. If you read online there are quite a few people who were also having the same issue. The only fix was them offering to replace the gimbal.

This product stopped functioning after 1 day. It was good when it worked.

This is really hard to use, especially if you need it to be held horizontally. I'm not sure if it doesn't work with an iPhone XR or if I'm doing it wrong. Will take it to Best Buy for Geek support, but if you're an amateur like me I found it really hard to understand.

Good for beginner usage. Unfortunately it ran hot a lot and trying to figure out how the controls work was very confusing. Once getting the controls to work it worked great....the really bad thing was the overheating which would halt usage.

It does not have the power to move an iPhone X and will not track after a couple seconds. Also will not hold a charge long enough to be of any use whatsoever. I wish I could return it but the return policies in place are extremely difficult to get in place.

I bought this stabilizer to use with an adapter for the Yi 4K+. It took a little time to setup and balance, but was not more than 15 minutes. Very pleased with the results.

Worse than useless. The thumb control was extremely slow and made manual tracking at anything above a walk impossible. The auto tracking was worse, it could not track my kid wear neon yellow against a dark background. This is not the gimbal that you are looking for.

Not bad for $100...good for beginner or family videos.

The videos it plays back on my Galaxy S7edge show a still frame while audio plays, then when the audio is done, the video plays, but with no audio... very peculiar. Ended up returning it.

Absolute garbage. Not capable of doing any of the things you need it to do. It is designed to hold an holder generation iPhone (6 or earlier). Anything recent will be way too heavy for it to handle.

Make sure to check ,if the stabilizer its compatible with your phone,unfortunately the staff misinforme about it. And now I cant use on my Samsung galaxy note 8. The best buy staff should be more informed about it

The gimbal would not connect to my phone. Downloaded 2 version's of the app. I looked at the website and I could download a firmware update. That was my breakpoint. Out of the box it didn't work! Returned.

Just like the title says the battery did not charge and currently is inoperable! Loved using this when it was charged. I'll definitely be getting the same product, but from a different manufacturer!

I had nothing but problems when I first purchased this model. I returned it right away. I later purchased a DJI Mobile 3 from Best Buy and its AMAZING! I do not recommend this product.
