This is a good little gimbal but it takes a bit of learning to properly balance you phone on it. Other than that the app works well and it has really improved my home videos. It does take some time to get really proficient with any gimbal but for the price this is a good one.

Bought this gimble to use for when Im fishing and doing action sports to get a clean smooth shot. It definitely works as it should but is a little trickly to get used to at first. Im not one to read the manual on anything I buy but i highly recommend reading it on this one if youre new to using gimbles. My only real downside on this item is the battery life. It doesnt last very long. I mean i use it for hours on a tripod using the follow mode while im fishing so it could just be that also. ll in all this is a great gimble for just starting out into the photography and videography scene. If they can make a stronger battery life I would definitelybuy another one!

super small and portable and can charge your phone while on too! If using wide angle you can tap three times to go into wide angle mode or simply hold the gimbal at an angle (like a flashlight aiming up into a tree) otherwise you will see the gimbal in the corner of the screen. Worst part is the lock clamp broke after the fourth use - I was simply unlocking the clamp so not even locking it but it was enough to snap it - will be going back for exchange.

I had to order the Smooth-Q2 online since my local Best Buy did not have it in stock; but I have to say it was well worth the wait. Easy to setup, easy to to balance with my large smartphone and easy to shoot with. Unbelievable features too. I am so amazed by how much fun it is to use, that I plan to get one for my grandson so he keeps his hands off mine when he comes to visit!

If you’re looking for a compact gimble that has great features for a phone then I recommend the zhiyun line. It’s great for amateur filming with the picture quality of new phones getting better. If you’re looking for something more professional I would invest in something with at least 3 axises that can hold more weight.

I'm using gimbal first time, this is really good starter gimbal! Lightweight and easy to carry. still learning this features during my outings. 5 stars because it has many features, easy to carry and steady unit.

This is a well built gimbal. I have a larger one by Zhiyun and it works great for my DSLR. Unfortunately my phone does not fit into this gimble. It does not grab it tightly and allows it to slip out too easily. If you have a case on your phone or have a thicker phone consider this and maybe try it first. I have a Moto G Power. It's not a thick phone, but it's just thick enough to not work in this gimbal. Too bad, it is a nice unit other than that. I gave it 5 stars because it's a good unit, even though it didn't work for me.

It changes modes really easily. I Bought this 5 months ago and the battery already will not hold a charge! No wonder they only have a 15 day warranty

Strong motors, easy to balance phone, long life battery. Extremely well constructed and designed.

This was a literal last minute purchase, needed a gimbal to use during a presentation. The one we had crashed and burned and we needed a replacement ASAP. Placed the order and as soon as the email came through that it was ready, went to pick it up. It worked perfectly and the presentation went off without a hitch. Absolute lifesaver.

This gimbal is so small and portable. Easy to use once you get used to the different options. Wish it came with a soft case, but overall, a real nice gimbal. Fits the iPhone 11 Pro Max with a case with no issues. Also good with iPhone 7+ with attached lens.

Bought this to use with my iPhone and I am loving it. It is compact and very capable. It is very ideal for photo and video hobbyist.

I bought and sold the dji osmo mobile 3 because it wasn’t fully compatible with my iPhone 11 Max. This gimbal works without issues. Software could be better but you don’t need it for most things.

If you buy a gimbal for your phone, you need to be stopped. I thought this would work with a GoPro. Absolutely not, this is for corny phone recording. Couldn’t really set it up either.

Works very well. Still getting used to, but as someone with shaky hands, this has helped not make everyone sick that watches back my video footage.
