Amazing product does what is says 10/10 would definitely recommend

Great for recording son’s basketball games. Took a bit to get the hang of operating it.

I am very happy with the Zhiyun - Smooth Q-3. I use it nearly every day and have had no problems.

Very poor software and hardly usable. THE APP IS IN CHINESE. I’ve tried to use this thing for that past two months and it’s simply not reliable. The software times out and drops the camera for no reason and after only a few minutes of filming. I wish I could return it, but I gave it too many chances to disappoint me. WILL NOT BUY THIS BRAND EVER AGAIN.

Cheaply made, terrible instructions and not strong enough to move a large iPhone without going off gyroscope.

This Gimble has never worked right. Support is terrible. Beware of this item!

Honestly it’s cheaply made and doesn’t do everything as advertised very well. Some will say “you just don’t know how to use it.”

Not a good product app is very slow and outdated. In order to use the “premium” features You have to pay.

Horrible lol. save your money. I thought I left a review already but this thing has a terrible app and not so intuitive to use. Save your money and go for a DJI osmo or something

it doesn’t work like they make it seem in the videos...

From the very start, this product isn't worth the stress. It comes with the bare minimum of instructions to an app that requires activation, which of course didn't work. They suggest writing the company which I did and they reset the serial number in the system to make it work. Finally, I was able to activate this product but if you bought this and needed it immediately? You're fresh out of luck. But wait, it's activated right? Should work right? Wrong. Does your product have four flashing green lights that always come up when it's on and refuses to work? Tough. Try Googling the answer and finding nothing because of COURSE there's no guide explaining what it means. DO NOT Buy this product

Good gimbal, great use. I would recommend to any starting videographer
