It was okay until one day it stopped working. We checked the fuses, the thermoprotector, and even the door, but everything seems fine. It just wouldn't work. Glad we finally replaced it. I love our new microwave. It's a lot more convenient to use, and it looks gorgeous, too.

But after buying this particular model, I've never been so sure about it. I like how convenient it is to use, more convenient than my over-the-range microwave. The semi-automatic door takes getting used to but overall it's fantastic.

But we are practical, too. We don't want to pay for features we don't need or pay more for something we can get at a cheap. So when we saw this microwave, we knew it's the one we're looking for. When I showed this to my wife, her immediate response was, we can't afford. But she's shocked to see the price. Not only is it affordable, but the quality is guaranteed. We've never had any issues with it...yet.

I purchased the first one in January 2022, just over a year later, it started sparking. Contacted customer service and they sent a new one. Just over another year later, the sparking started again. Contacted customer service again and they told me to avoid using for iron rich foods, butter, and some vegetables. What?!?? What is this for?? They sent me ANOTHER one. This time when it was plugged in, it started running. Had to disconnect to stop. Returned this one and they sent ANOTHER! Fourth one since January 2022. It is installed, but I bought a small counter top microwave that I'm sure is going to outlast the 4th drawer unit.

It wasn't totally a waste of money since we needed a new microwave anyway. We've grown tired of the constant malfunction of our old OTR. This one's more advanced and more efficient.
