Came inoperable, zline unresponsive

Was installed and while it looks good and everything turns on, the vent does not blow, just gives an electric hum. There are no units for replacement from zline (so best buy cant help) and zline wont pick up the phone it refers to email which they havent answered in over a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
