I like the range but I find it difficult to keep clean, After my first use, I had residue inside the oven that I could not clean as advised by the manual. I find the burners and the covers easily pushed out of alignment. and all burner top that will not come clean as well. The sides have gaps where food slips into and can't be easily wiped away. (I use computer dust away can to blow out particles in the seam. Now I also see black scratches at the back of the unit from the grates rubbing on it when lifted to clean below. Also, the stainless surface scratched after 1st use. Nice looking but hard to maintain.

I love my range. I have never had a gas range and this one is awesome. The oven is electric and works great. Cooks evenly and everything comes out perfect. The quality of the range is awesome. I love the BLUE. Overall very satisfied and glad we purchased this.

We wanted a simple, yet reliable range that didn’t have that useless middle burner taking up space on our cooktop. We were pleased to see a dual fuel range (gas top, electric oven) that would offer more precise oven temps than our previous range. We noticed that one of the racks was not gliding as smoothly as the other, so we contacted Zline customer service. They were very kind and helpful and have sent out a replacement rack after sending the requested information. I am very happy with our purchase!

We love our stove. However took forever to receive from Best Buy. Best Buy needs to improve their delivery. Took over 6 months to receive!

The dual fuel stove is great ...gas burners & electric oven. Only problem is the burners have no simmer flame. Only high & medium. Impossible to cook rice ... burns every time.

Absolutely gorgeous range. Very sturdy, well made and performs exceptionally.

was waiting for a kitchenmaid pro range but was not available for 10 months researched other brands zline stood out and have been using it for an week it looks and cooks awesome highly recommend it

I have no stove. I call almost everyday and talk to people that can’t speak English. I try to buy all my appliances at Best Buy. Never had a problem before. I never cancelled a stove. I sent one back and they were suppose to send new one. Now I have no money back and without a stove. NEVER EVER AGAIN

This is a pretty decent cooking range. Ideal for standard kitchen with around 12 sq m of space. A much better alternative to electic or induction cookers. The features are pretty basic too. No temperature reader, which may be a hassle to inexperienced users.

I am a very meticulous buyer. I check every single detail on each ad and ensure they all makes sense and not just a bunch of lies to lure buyers. This range is the best example of quality over easthetic kind of work. It doesn't have the digital features you'll find in many appliances today, and it lacks any decorative element, which is perfect for me. So I bought it and I am very satisfied with its performance.

We used to have a double oven at our old house. After moving to a smaller house in the city, we had to buy a smaller range, and this is the exact model we bought. Despite its size and simple appearance, it's incredibly durable and efficient, performs just as advertised. It's very easy to operate too. No complicated digital keypads whatsoever.

This is the first expensive item we've ever ordered online. We used to go to the mall and check out the products we are buying in the flesh to ensure we'll get the most value our money. But due to covid, we don't go out often anymore. I was a bit nervous at first when we were waiting for our delivery to arrive, but later relieved when it's already been installed. It's magnificent.

Every time I visit this website, I find something new. We're almost finished remodeling our kitchen and all that's left to do is replace old and broken appliances. That's why I keep going back here. Two days ago, I bought this range and it arrived this morning. It's prettier and more efficient than we've expected.

My Zline range is very very noisy. The customer service asked for a video, and then told us it is *normal* cooling fan noise. The hot air blows right into me, and the noise can be heard several rooms away. But everything is *normal*. We bought the Zline through the range & hood store, where my reviews never got through. No repair, no return!!! We are stuck with this piece of junk!

Thanks to my friendly (but sometimes nosy) neighbor, I was able to find this site and this particular range model. I only told him the specs I'm interested in and he sent me a link. I think this is the perfect match. The quality is not as bad as some say. It's actually pretty hard-wearing if I'm honest.

I like it. My wife and kids like it too. We're lucky we found it here at best buy, or else we might not have seen Total Tech. I don't know how other stores do it but this is more than enought for us. At least we're not going to worry when gas starts leaking or the range makes strange noises.

On 02/02/2021, I purchased a Zline 30-inch stainless steel range, from Home Depot in Thornton Colorado. I paid $1,822.79 which included my military discount. On 12/28/2022, The oven stopped working, getting a hold of Zline customer service was challenging, I left Voice mail and sent numerious emails. After submitting all the information, they requested photos, receipt and a detailed explanation of what I experienced, they sent me out replacement parts, which included a heating element and a wiring harness. While I was replacing the parts it was apparent why this product failed. The wiring harness is not insulated and is attached to the back of the stove which is heated when you are running the oven. After installing the heating element and wiring harness the oven started to work once again. On 11/07/2023, The oven once again stopped working, after several emails and voice mails, I spoke with a gentlemen form Zline who told me the wiring harness and heating element have been upgraded and this should resolve your range issue. On 11/14/2023, I received the replacement parts, new heating element and wiring harness, which appeared to be the same product I received in December of 2022. On 11/15/2023,I spoke with Sandy, a Zline customer service representative, I explained my experience in detail and how I was not pleased with this product. She told me she spoke with her supervisor / lead Lindsey and was told to replace the heating element and wiring harness and If I have any problems, I could contact them again. I responded by saying, that's it. Sandy responded, "Thats it, that is all we can do for you." So... The cost of a Zline 30-inch range was $1822.79 dollars, divided by 33 months of ownership equals $55.23 dollars a month. I have heard of planned obsolescence but come on.

Cooktop on this one is pretty cool. That's the first thing I noticed when we had it installed. The crew that installed it were quite good. I left them in the kitchen for a couple of minutes to take a call and when I went back they were wrapping up. Fast and easy. I would love to have them install a few more stuff in my kitchen next time around.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Right off the bat the oven didn't heat up beyond 250 degrees. Can only get parts though Z line and lost the use of the oven for Thanksgiving and now Christmas. Don't buy one of these!
