We've just bought a bigger range so we had to replace our hood as well. This is the exact model we bought and it's fantastic. Looks simple. Easy to operate. The control panel is not confusing. The underside is also very easy to clean.

Looks like Zline has been on a roll even during the pandemic. We've recently bought this cooking range and if I can remember correctly, we bought the last piece from the last order. It means a lot of people are buying, and rightfully so. After all, who wouldn't want a cooking range that has both quality and beauty. Plus, it's cheaper than other products too.

The first time I laid my eyes on this particular unit, I knew it's the one we've been looking for. We were renovating our kitchen and we've had all our kitchen appliances replaced except for the stove. We couldn't decide between a singler and a double oven. Unltimately, we went for the bigger one because my wife told me it would be more practical since we can use the smaller over for everyday cooking, which makes sense.

A double oven range like this should cost more I think. But I'm happy it's cheaper than what we expected. I admit, I was a bit weary because most low-end products tend to be of poor quality. But this one's different. I'm not even sure if it's low end. It looks even more elegant and more durable than the luxury brands I know.

I like everything--the look, the quality, and even the purchase process. It's so easy. But the best part I think is all the add ons like that total tech thing. It has helped keep my cooking range in tiptop shape, and it's just for less than 200 bucks a year, which is surprisingly cheap for an insurance you know.

If you've spent enough time in the kitchen, you'd know this type of range is the ideal one to use when you're preparing a banquet. Not only does it perform well but it's durable as well, won't drop off when used for hours. It's hard-wearing and has straighforward controls. I like it very much.

Buying a double oven hasn't crossed our mind until our four kids grew older and our diet ballooned. This is the item we bought and it very useful for our family. We're even planning to buy a smaller one for our outdoor kitchen, especially now that we are holding small family gatherings a lot.

Buying a double-oven wasn't really part of our plan, but we decided to buy one instead of a single-oven range, because we leaned it has many perks. Apart from allowing us to cook more dishes than usual, it also saves us money in the long run, because we only use the larger oven during a special occasion.

Complaint - gas range leaks natural gas during operation causing family members sickness and imminent danger. Seeking resolution from company to repair or replace defective product. 1. Zline 36" gas range purchased from Lowes Home Center on 9/15/2022. Product leaked gas during first part of 2023 as identified by a handheld gas detector and family members experiencing headache, nausea and breathing difficulty due to presence of natural gas during gas range use. 2. Initial resolution after contacting Zline was a service call to Zline and in-home resultant product modification to lower gas range burner hood in oven. 3. Second resolution after contacting Zline due to continued gas leakage was a home service call to Zline and resultant product modification to upper gas range burner hood in oven. 4. Third resolution on 11/28/2023 was a request by Mrs. Long to Zline for a gas range replacement. At this time we found out the product was in manufacturer recall. 5. Zline responded with "Please confirm you would like our new SGR36 model...Unfortunately, the specific model you requested RG36 is out of stock and will not be coming back in stock." Replacement can take anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks and that the product should not be used. 6. 12/11/2023 Zline scheduled "Ryder Final Mile will be conducting the Deluxe Swap. Ryder will contact you at (xxx) xxx-xxxx to schedule the delivery & pick-up appointment; your reference # is xxxxxxx." 7. The new gas range was delivered and connected on 12/29/2023. On 12/30/2023 gas leakage was detected again by gas sensor and sickness to household members. 8. On Dec 30, 2023, at 3:45 PM I contacted Zline ?continues to leak gas causing illness 9. As of 1/2/2023 no Zline response via cell, text or email.

What a beauty! I love it, not just because it's red but it's a complete package. When it arrived and the guys from the store rolled it in, I was so excited I filmed the whole thing. They thought I was a weirdo. But honestly, it's the fanciest cooking range we've ever had.

Can we all agree that this kitchen range is one of the best appliances out there right now? That's why I didn't hesitate to buy it, even though we still have few months before we ditch our old unit. It's really a stunner. And it's extremely efficient and durable, too.

I have a lot to learn about cooking now that my partner is always on the road, but this range sure helped make things easy. Thanks for the standard design, I now know my way around the stove and oven, at least not burning bacon anymore.

I would not recommend anyone to get this product from Best Buy. My husband and I had the worst experience getting this product delivered and installed into our home. Because of the size of the stove, the first delivery guys refused to put the range in our kitchen but put it in our garage instead. He said "it's too heavy!" It took another three more attempts by different drivers to finally get the range in our kitchen.They said it was a four man job but two small guys were able to get it into the kitchen. To get the range installed it yet another story, Best Buy is sending workers who have no idea how to install the product. My question is, why sell a product you are not knowledgeable about? Two more attempts were made by the Best Buy team to install the range; both failed. Having no more confidence in Best Buy, my husband and I went on You Tube, found a video and were able to put in the doors and the face at the bottom of the range. To top everything off, the face at the bottom of the range did not fit as it should, however, we bought some screws and fit it in as best as we could. Having paid so much money for a range it was very disappointing to encounter these problems. One more thing. The oven is electrical and requires a 30 amp breaker. The manufacturers are recommending 50 amps. We used 30 amps because that is what is on the specs written on the back of the stove. I mean, who wants a stove with a 50 amp breaker in their home? But none of this information is given by Best Buy when you purchase the product. We assumed only the ignition was electrical and catered only for a regular outlet but then, when the product arrived, we realized we had to run this 30 amp circuit. Additional cost.

It's very hard to choose a kitchen range that perfectly fits your kitchen. Learned that the hard way a couple of years ago when we bought our old range. It was slightly bigger than it's intended spot so we had to dismantle one of the drawers to make it fit. Eventually, it broke down and we had to buy a new one. This particular model was perfect.

When I was buying this range, I was confused by the description. I thought this and the other dual fuel range are the same. So I phoned the store to ask what's the difference. The first guy who answered apparently was a newbie so I asked to be transfered to a supervisor. He politely transfered me and the next guy was an expert. I would just like to thank him for walking me through the process very patiently and giving me all the information I needed.

Our item arrived today and was installed quickly. I didn't catch much of what my contractor told me about maintenance and repair because I was busy checking out our new range. I must say, it doesn't look quite the same as what's in the pictures. This one's a little darker and classier in the flesh, which is a compliment. Glad to know the burners are solid brass, and that means it can withstant high heat. Very safe to use even for inexperienced users.

I ordered this item last week and it arrived a day late. I was told there was a slight issue with the delivery vehicle hence the delay. They didn't want to risk breaking down and compromising the safety of our packages, which I think is the right thing to do. My range arrived in one piece and we're very pleased it appeared and performed as advertised.

I think what's striking about this particular range model is its lack of extra technological features like digital controls and temperature reader. But that's exactly why we purchased it. All of us at home know how to cook. We've been cooking since it was popular among the entire households and we don't need additional features to help us out.

I was so excited when our new kitchen was delivered to our house. But I admit I was nervous because that kind of machine is heavy. Thankfully, the crew who delivered it knew what they're doing. They handled by item with great care from boxing to installation. I don't have any dents on my wall, there's no broken components, and best of all, all the features are working fine.

I've been looking for a good-quality oven online for several days. I was about to give up and decide to go to the nearest home depot when I found this website. They have some amazing stuff, including this stunning double oven range. I don't think I have ever seen a range this elegant-looking within this price range.
