So far this has not allowed me to connect through the netgear router. The app is supposed to be simple but there is no manual way to connect it to the router other than wireless. There is no way to get into the camera to change settings or make it connect without going through the app to have it connect and it's confusing as there are a few options and you don't know which is the correct one. The instructions are not very good to help.

Works great! Easy to see what is going on at your place right on your phone but the picture not so impressive, next time I will buy only 1080p.

I tried to get it set up. It wouldn't work when i tried to download the software app necessary. Which is supposed to be free, but it kept making me give a credit card to purchase the "free" app? So I gave up. Never hooked it up.

Good for the price of $40.00. I have two. And both work as they supose

Got it to connect to my phone once and have not been able to connect since. Also gets very hot to the touch when turned on.

To start off, great value. Easy to setup and zero issues with that or staying online. Motion detection works great! Two flaws that I can find is with the picture quality of taped motion detection screen shots on the app. Quality has a lot to be desired. Also, sound/speaker quality from unit is terrible.

Work ok for the price. Application for the security camera is below the average, I have been waiting for the update but no luck.

It didn't work all the time as far as allowing me to access it when I wasn't home when it was set up at my house it would always say internet connection was too slow even though I have high speed internet. I installed it at work and it's been working 100% of the time with no problems

Good field of view, not bad picture quality but it has really weak wifi range...it works perfect it stays close to the router. D-Link has better range 10 times.

Got this on the deal of the day. The camera is actually not bad at all. Software could use some help. Also the camera gets very hot, but apparently it is normal for the camera. You definitely get your money's worth.

The camera itself looks pretty good in live view. The app interface is broken and horrible at best.

....you broadcast your SSID. Doesn't work with hidden networks. Even if you broadcast your network and let it jump on, still doesn't work when you rehide it. Every other device can work with a hidden network, this one can't.

I mainly use this to monitor my dog when he's homelone, not the best quaility out there but for the price and what I use it for it's more than enough!

Instructions come with this unit is non-existent. After finally set it up and get going, the unit quit after 2 days of use. The blue light went off. Tried calling tech support hotline and got an office closed message even within the hour listed on the sheet. Very frustrated!

I have 3 of theses cameras they work great at all times

I Couldn't get it to connect to wifi. I Tossed it. Should have read the reviews before buying. The reviews in the Android store are horrible, many people experienced the same issues with the camera not connecting to wifi, it also gets hot.
