I would give this device more then 5 stars if I could. I have had Ring in the past and had horrible issues with clarity due to sun shining into camera lens. This is my second Zmodo doorbell camera (upgrade) and the have never failed me in every way. Price point is better then Ring as well for the quality it provides.

Good doorbell camera, was offline quite a bit at first. No longer have that issue and has been working great since.

The Zmodo Greet Pro has been one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. It has lived up to every one of its promises: easy to install, easy to setup, and easy to use: Install took less than 15 minutes, and a lot of that time was walking to and from the circuit breaker. I am by no means an electrician but the instructions were easy to understand and follow. Setup was also easy. Once the WiFi connection was established and the app downloaded it took just a few minutes to set our preferences and it was up and running. The Zmodo Greet Pro is very easy to use. The app is intuitive and efficient. The camera truly does have the 180 deg view, we can see both ends of our porch so no one can sneak around the edges of the viewing area. The 1080p resolution and night vision provide a super clear image 24 hours a day. The best feature is the ability to modify the area the motion sensor will react to. We have a tree in our front yard that constantly moves in the wind. Setting the motion sensor to ignore that part of the view but register everything around it saved us from constant notifications. We would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their home security!

Bought two of them but one got wet and shorted out had to return to Best Buy. Sorry to say Best Buy does not sell Zmodo any more. Zmodo does not sell this item any more because of the water issue, I hope they fix the problem because they're better than anything out there.

I’ve had this for a couple of years now. It’s not bad, but they aren’t selling it in as many places and there aren’t really any upgrades you can get with it like you can with Ring.

Works great. Easy to install. Clear picture. Feel safer with this Installed.

Everything works well. Except, the night vision is not that great. All-in-all though, performs well.

I've had this doorbell camera for a few months now. It does ok if you don't mind the delay it has from the time someone rings the doorbell and it lets you know. Usually by time it alerts me, the person has left already.

The doorbell is great, works really well. However their Android mobile app doesn't notify right away when someone rings the bell.

So I spent a good month with a Ring Video Doorbell 2 and the picture quality was GARBAGE compared to the Zmodo Greet Pro. The 180 degree camera and the way the app works is incredible! Nest hello is good if you have only nest aware plan other wise you get photo pictures. This why I decided to go with Zmodo. It is cheaper, and better. You get free cloud services like arlo. I wish the arlo will come out with a video arlo doorbell. Nevertheless, get zmodo if you want a good picture quality and free recording. It is a 1080p recording. Easy to install with a existing doorbell system, works well once it gets configured with wifi network, motion alerts and able to answer door remotely is plus. Good viewing range, with zoom to monitor activity when away.

The door bell was an easy to install even supplied a drill for the supplied molly's(which I didn't need) Adding this unit to my wi-fi was easy as well..The only thing that is some what annoying is that the motion is so sensitive that it will pick up cars driving across the street.I have used this door bell for a couple of months now and am satisfied with it

I have had my Zmodo - Greet Pro Smart Wi-Fi Video Doorbell for about a month now & love it! We love being able to see what is going on & who is coming to our door. We are still trying to figure out the motion sensor always seems a bit too sensitive or not sensitive enough. Can't get it right. Sometimes it goes off when the wind blows the leaves and other times only when someone actually comes to the door, so still playing around with that.

This device is well made but the app needs some work. Easy install and nice package. App needs constant force closing to see updates. Hoping it will improve over time.

I can save clips to the device and not pay a yearly fee. This replaced my malfunctioning ring pro.

We bought the camera and the first one was defected. Second one was ok but the device keeps going offline. It works fine drugi g the day and it goes offline at night so it’s a annoying to keep restarting it. What would we do if we were away and the device goes offline?! The customer service is bad, it takes them for ever to answer or they don’t asnwer at all. When we wanted to return it we sent it back, but instead of the return zmodo sent a replacement.
