I really needed a narrow one to mount on brick mold. My door is inset between 2 brick walls. The Zmodo is best deal and well built. Easy to install. Refused to install on Samsung phone with 4.1.2 and Zmodo couldn't explain. Finally got on iPad, BUT the Beam never installed, so I directly connected to the Greet Pro. If people walk quickly inside, it may nearly miss them. Motion is not real smooth (15 frames/sec?), but the fisheye lens is excellent. Looks good at night. It somehow captures clips about 6 s BEFORE the person appears in the frame! The bell sound and speaker is LOUD (no volume control) and the small speaker somewhat distorted. It takes about 5-7s to connect to the ringer, but that's not a big problem. We can hear activity on the street, cars passing by, even shadows sweeping the door are recorded (but not notified). It does what we need. You can't specify watch zones, like another brand, but this one is the lowest price of the "pro" type.

Zmodo really stepped up their game this time with their new Zmodo Greet Pro! I purchased their original Greet less than a year ago but when they released the pro version, I had to buy it! The new Greet Pro’s design is so much nicer and smaller than the original Greet. With 1080P resolution, the video quality is superb! My doorbell faces the side but with the new 180 degree, super wide angle lens, I am able to see everything including my driveway and even the street! I already have a few friends who is considering selling their Ring Pro to buy the Zmodo Greet! Zmodo included just about everything you need to get the install done in less than 30 mins, including a screw driver, liquid leveler and even a masonary drill bit!

I love this device. The boost is very helpful at my house. The camera in the doorbell is very good; sound is clear. I had an issue with the setup. I had to wait a very long time to get a live person on the phone at customer support. That’s the only downside. The good news is that they were able to help me over the phone.

Device is easy to install. Great image quality. Occasionally the app hangs up, but not anymore than the Ring app does at my in-laws house.

I decided to go with the Greet Pro over the Ring Pro because I have several other Zmodo cameras throughout the house and wanted to be able to use the same app for all of them. I was able to set it up and get it working, but never without some glitches. The video itself worked great, and the call feature worked when the button was pressed. But, there was either no sound from my indoor bell, or my indoor bell would just be going off on its own randomly. I contacted their chat support and they offered no type of troubleshooting or help fixing it, just told me to return it because there was something wrong with the unit. I would really like this to work so I dont have to use another app, but I think I might be going with the Ring Pro.

The picture and sound are awesome!!! When I get packages delivered I want to know when they arrive. The delivery people don’t always knock or ring the bell so I love the motion activation for this very reason. I get a notification sent to my phone and I can view the camera to see what is going on.

Great video doorbell. Was easy to install in place of my existing wired doorbell. The free 36 hours of stored video is a great benefit over the competition. Very satisfied with the device.

Very pleased with my Zmodo Pro cameras. Easy to connect to and operate.

Don't waste your money on this. It rarely rings your phone when someone presses the doorbell, and has no ability to adjust an alert field like other cameras. So if your mounting this to replace your doorbell and it faces the street like most do, you will get an alert for every car that passes by. I get at least 30 a day which is so annoying. Wish I had known this when I purchased it
