The camera doesn't work the way it should

The camera can't not recover by itself after a power interruption. I have to do the setup all over again. The tech support is unable to do anything to help.

It depends on how long the power interruption is.
If it happens in a long period, the system will reset itself and you will need to setup again.

Get what you pay for

I would not recommend this product.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After the 30 day trial for cloud service you have to pay to receive continuous play back. The camera only records 10 secs snips of motion. You cannot see continuous coverage of what happens before or after. I would not purchase again. This camera is useless without cloud service attached.
