Have had a few issues with the gluten free recipes not turning out the best. Twining the recipes a bit.

I wanted a bread maker that would make a delicious loaf while being easy to use. After reading several reviews, I decided on Zojirushi Maestro. It’s terrific! I put the ingredients in & have a fresh loaf in a couple of hours. Another huge plus is the fact that the kitchen stays cool. I no longer have to have a hot kitchen to enjoy fresh bread. The recipes that are provided in the cookbook are easy to follow & require only a few ingredients. Very happy with this purchase.

Shoddy finish on baking basket and kneading blade

After only a few uses, the interior surface of the baking pan deteriorated (see photo) and shortly thereafter the finish on the kneading blade started to come off (see photo). I have never used any metal or sharp objects near either item. The issues are not a result of any misuse on my part. The company's response to my issues is that "the nonstick coating may eventually discolor and/or peel off....and would need to be replaced." I can understand this happening after years of use but not after only a few uses. Parts of a small appliance that is on sale for around $250 should last longer and not need to be replaced after a few months of use.

Love this bread machine. So many things to make with this. Loaves are the perfect size for 2 people.

Works really well. The book that comes with it is really simple and easy to follow. The machine is well built. The timer function is great so you can have bread ready at a specific time of the day or night. Very easy to clean and use.
