    The boiler is quiet and easy to use. When it is boiling water, the hot steam does not come out from the top like other models. Also, I love this brand because our old boiler lasted a dozen years.

    Great and reliable hot water heater, we bought it two+ years ago, only cleaned it once or twice and it still works like the day we bought it. I hope to use it for 10 more years. Timer function works well since we always need hot water for instant coffee in the morning.

    Everyone should use filtered water. The hot water will always there for you! We use it for making teas, hot drinks, cooking, or even dishwashing!

    It's fine, though a little slower than I would like. I wish I could change exact temperature settings, but the ones provided work fine for what I use it for (cooking, coffee).

    Poorly handled warranty support. It has been more than twenty days now they cannot fix the malfunctioning item. Think twice. It has electronics inside which apparently breaks down so quickly and “impossible” to fix.
