My family and I have been long time users of Zojirushi products. This is my first rice cooker I've purchased for myself and I love it! Nice, simple design with easy instructions and great features. So far it's been set and forget for perfectly cooked rice.

It cooks nice and fluffy rice. It is easy to use and maintain.

bought for my high school student. Worth every penny! Rice should only ever be cooked like this. Whatever you do NEVER buy the substitute. Just suck it up and get the real thing. You will thank the universe. I was not a believer until my kid begged me to buy what I felt was this overly priced machine. I bought it as a Christmas present for her and she would not even let me use it lol. I saw how easy it was and absolutely perfect it comes out. Plus you never waste it because you can save it in the cooker for days! What mind blown. I first bought a cheaper one for her because I wasn't convinced before I bought this one and now I know the difference. Don't waste the money. If rice is a staple in your meals this is a must have.

This thing does it all. I use it almost everyday. It makes perfect rice every time no matter the quantity or type of rice. It is incredibly easy to clean and maintain. The ability to keep the rice warm for 4 hours is also very handy. Meal prep is so much easier when you don't have to think about rice getting cold. I cannot say enough great things about this rice cooker!

Worth the price. I bought a Zojirushi rice cooker ten months ago and I loved it. Now I bought more two of this, one for my mother and other for my mother in law. Without a doubt, the best designed and engineered rice cooker I have ever owned. Good features, energy efficient, nice design, good size, high quality. With it you are able to do all types of rice and they will be perfect.

This rice cooker is great quality, sturdy but not too heavy. I was initially worried about the shape but it fits easily with the rest of my products. Most importantly it makes amazing rice. Very tasty and rich feeling, I highly recommend this rice cooker.

I would recommend to purchase this rice cooker. No, it is not the top of line in its family, but consider the bang on the bucks, this model is affordable and great. Pro: easy to use, many modes to select, rice taste good! Con: congee/soup mode needs experience - you are probably going to try a few times to get the best water/rice ratio for yourself.

This was a replacement for my college rice maker and it was a long time coming. The richness of flavor, the fluffy texture, and the aromatics that come out of the fuzzy make all my meals that more tasty. Best new kitchen helper. Worth it!

This was purchased to upgrade my simple one click $20.00 rice cooker. This thing does cook rice the right way, brown rice, long grain, short grain etc you select the settings and it does its job correctly everytime. Only down side is the rice cooker is always on when left plugged in. It keeps the cooked rice warm FOREVER! you do need to unplug it from time to time when it's not in use. It would make sense to have a timer option where it would shut off after set time. Overall it works, does the job real well.

So far, so good. I am a little skeptical because I had my last rice cooker for 25 years. I use my rice cooker a lot and I hope this one is also built to last. So far, it is a great machine. It is big but it is also very light. It cooks and keeps rice warm efficiently. I like that it cooks so many different types of rice. I also like the retractable cord. Hopefully, I can update this review in 20 or so years to say that I need a replacement.

Perfect rice every time. Super simple just read and follow the instructions. The quick start card is enough. Don’t over think it.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He has never owned a rice cooker. He just thinks this is the greatest with its sleek design, multiple cooking options, large display & best of all the results of a delicious fluffy rice.

It is the cutest and most efficient rice cooker ever! I love using this to make many different meals when I need a big batch of white rice. The rice comes out perfect each time and you can chose how you want it cooked with the hard or soft settings. The fuzzy logic aids in cooking the rice to your liking if you don’t want to use those settings. I’ve had it for over 2 years and it’s like the day I opened it out of the box.

It's great, can't say that enough. Good rice takes time, so you should know it will take 45 minutes plus depending on the rice. It's easy to measure using the inside measuring lines. The only difficulty is if you are using basmati rice where you may have to adjust your water amounts yourself.

I have used it to cook Jasmine rice and brown rice so far. Both types are cooked up extremely well and palatably. Brown rice takes like 2 hours to fully cook but come out soft and tasteful. Do read the user manual before using it. Some of the negative reviews were caused by not reading the manual. I specifically bought this model being made in Japan for longevity and high quality. Well worth the investment.

The Zojirushi rice cooker makes perfect rice every time. Having had the 5 cup version for many years it is nice to be able to make up to 10 cups when needing more. Great quality machine made in Japan and works perfectly every time it's used and that's about 2 times a week.

This is the best rice cooker I have ever owned. The Zojirushi brand is the best on the market so the commitment to spend the extra money for this investment in a rice cooker was worth it. Although, it is a little bit bulkier than I expected, it’s this particular model that I really liked because it has smart & intuitive cooking features with it. That means that the heating of the food can be adjusted as the rice is cooking. This allows for perfect rice every time. Based on the reviews the quality of this device is strong and durable. Also with the handles it allows you to pick up the rice cooker to remove from its base in order to wash the rice or even clean the cylinder itself. This is a great product and I hope that it lasts the test of time. I really hope it does because I would love to keep this for the long-haul.
