    I have been having this rice cooker for over a year and I love it. It works like a charm and it’s very simple to use. It’s nice how you can program rice to be made. It’s very easy to clean and to store. Zojirushi makes good quality things which is expected.

    Easy to use comes with utensils inside rice maker to make sure you dont over fill it. Also come with measures cups if you dont already have some

    I’ve only used this on long grain rice so far but after reading the QuickStart I was making excellent tasting rice with every cycle. I look forward to making congee and some of the mixed rice recipes in the booklet. Great unit!

    Been using for about two months. So far so good. Can do many different kinds cook. Like the feature of the softness (hard or soft rice). I say can keep rice warmer for up to 24 hours, and still OK.
