Poor battery performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this phone with good hope for a decent phone with several upgrades from my existing Huawei Mate 2. More memory, faster processor, better resolution, and a newer version of Android with some possibility of future OS upgrades which Huawei has failed on. In use over almost 2 weeks I discovered that this phone runs hotter, froze several times, and drained the battery far too quickly. Granted I was attempting to replace a phone with really great battery performance, largely related to an extremely large battery - still I want a phone that will at least get me through a 10 hour work and transit period without fear of a dead battery even when brand new.

Nice Look and feel, but failed on first day

First thing phone was not charging, checked the charger was bad, charging perfect with my LG charger but was very slow as it was not rated for this phone. 4G/Wifi is very very slow, I was never able to play a 1080p video, continuously buffering, for android 6 upgrade it took 5 hours to download. I have good network coverage in my area, with my LG phone 100% signal strength, and with Axon pro I see only one stick. Lots of issues, going to return it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone online and couldn't be happier. 64gb of memory, 4k video, Dolby sound, aluminum hard shell. This phone is a deal. I was a big Samsung user and after a friend recommended this phone to me, I feel in love. ZTE is excellent with customer service too. Had to send this back to ZTE for a software issue and within 5 days I had a brand new Axon Pro in the mail. Brand New, not refurbed. This phone has one drawback and that's lack of expandable memory. Otherwise, I give this phone a rating as good as any Android or iPhone I've ever owned. The bad ratings on here are crazy. I know ten people that own this model and they are sold on ZTE.

I have two devices one is the HTC one M9. The ZTE has similar specs with both a bigger and slightly better screen and a little bit more ram running on pretty much stock Android with a light UI from ZTE
