    Beto, the originator and hot hunk of Zumba is on both videos but I enjoy the Can't Dance one more. Live it up has 2 DVDs, a worthless instructional and the second dance one w enough cues that you can pick up the steps easily. The gal in these is annoying and unnecessary. Music is good and along w Latin rhythms includes a jazz and flamenco number. A good workout but I smile a lot more w Can't Dance and recommend that one.

    I have only used this DVD a few times, but I really like the easy simple steps to do this Zumba! Anyone wanting some exercise to do on your own at home, this is great!

    Bought this for my wife and she loves it! She said it is just right for her. She didn't want one of those hard core routines. She wanted something interesting and somewhat challenging without going overboard.
