Great product. No problems. Huge storage, we've never filled it up yet. Middle buttons a bit tough to navigate with larger fingers (hubby), but not a reason to not buy it. Second one we owned, first one got stolen. Love that it connects to computer to sync purchased songs right to player

I bought a refurbished 30gb zune and for a week it worked great i loved it but it then started freezing and restarting itself and pausing songs all by it self and not play a full song as well as skipping through my whole collection of music not playing any songs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Zune doesn't work with Windows XP

Got the Zune home and tried to install the software but found out it doesn't work with version of Windows that I have. Called the tech support and they told me they don't support that version and I would have to upgrade my version of Windows. I boxed it up and took it back to the store.

we are zune owners, I have one, my hubby and son and I just ordered one for my daughter. we have the zune pass. we love it very much have had it for years.
