The sound bar stops working when we forward or rewind using our DVR. We have to power the sound bar off and back on. Called and representative said someone would return the call. That was 4 days ago.

Find it beneficial and we are well satisfied with it.

Makes dialog clear on tv so you know what they are saying

I purchased this product for my mother because she has hearing loss. I gave it only 3 stars because while it is a good product, I do find that the clarity can be a little bit more sharp.

I had limited space and this was just what I needed.

The sound from the tv was better than this soundbar. It definitely exaggerates the voices, but turning up the center channel and treble on a regular soundbar would probably accomplish the same. It hurt my ears after 5 minutes. This is probably good if you wear a hearing aid , but not for people who don't. No bass at all or midrange.

Soundbar. Was very good at first then started having problems with the volume increasing and decreasing on its own and only on certain programs Returned the unit

Needed a soundbar for my new 4k tv. Just needed something better then the TV speakers. So far it has met my expections.

I thought this would enhance the high voices of the women which I don't hear all the time. It has helped a little.

unfortunately, I did not see a difference in the sound from AccuVoice and my regular samsung soundbar. I bought it because of my mother, to help her listening to her TV, and decrease the volume of the TV, wearing it together with her hearing device, but she did not notice any difference and TV is loud still.

Did not m enough difference to warrant more than three stars.

Bought this for my 91 year old dad said he couldn't tell the difference remote was a joke due to its size he packed it up and asked me to return and get my money back. May work for some folks. the sound was very flat.

A sound bar is necessary for most newer TVs. However, we found that our old Bose speaker worked the same and sounded even better. This sound bar was nice, but just found we didn’t need it.

Up front I would like to point out that I am nearing 70 with average hearing for my age, and I have never been an audiophile. That said, this is an excellent sound bar for the money. I have only had a few and only tested a few others, but I believe a single sound bar around or under $200 can't beat this one for the clarity of its audio. If you are looking for a far reaching smooth sound that surrounds your home you should look elsewhere; but if clear directional audio is what you are seeking, the AV 200 delivers that in spades. Improving vocal clarity at the expense of background noise is available for those with a significant hearing loss, but the AV 205 might be a better bet if that's your situation. Granted, you can boost and lower the bass and treble, and touch a remote control button for louder clarity or "surround sound." However, common sense should tell us that with no woofer, subwoofers or surrounding speakers, there is a limit to how "full" and "rich" the emitted sounds can be. For those of you who are using the Spectrum remote, it can be paired with the AV 200 in two ways: ZVOX will send you an email with a step-by-step instruction video if you want to use that guide, but I found it easier to use the instructions on the reverse of the RC122 remote. You may find it's an annoyance (but not enough for me to rate it lower) that the AV 200 doesn't indicate what the volume number is unless you press the up/down volume button. Nor does it show by a light or other means if it is in the off or standby mode when your TV isn't on. All things considered, however, I think most people who have realistic expectations will be more than pleased if they select this as an improvement to their TV speakers.

This did nothing to help the sound of my tv. Do not recommend purchasing

The sound is off and on, off and on, requiring us to unplug, re-plug, jiggle wires. More distressing we are getting loud noises out of it when the TV is off. We intend to return it and see if a replacement solves the problem.

Tried to get it to work for three days and returned it. It's came on ok then muted after 30 minutes and would not be audible. Gave up and took it back for refund.

Item had a noise in the sound and we could not make it work. The idea is great and we were looking forward to using the system.

This is a POS. Terrible product. And BB would not take it back. I'll never deal with Best Buy again
