I wasn't looking for a sound bar but I'm glad the salesman recommended this one . Love it.

Understanding voice dialogue is very clear with this sound bar.

Sometimes the sound goes out and I have to turn it back on. Call the company and they sent a new remote. Still experience the same problem with the new remote

Purchased from Best Buy and had it delivered in two days. The soundbar fits nicely on my TV stand and looks aesthetically pleasing. Set up was quick and easy and the sound is incredible. I was concerned that it was not going to produce enough bass without a separate subwoofer but it produces clear vocals and deep bass. Could not be happier with this selection.

I wasn't familiar with the brand and it was at the high end of my price range but after reading a few very positive reviews, I decided to give the SB400 a try. I've had it for over a week now and I must say that I'm very happy with my purchase. It arrived in a sturdy, well padded box that included the sound bar,a remote control,instruction sheets,power supply a wall mount template, 2 rubber wall mount anti-vibration pads and optical digital and analog signal cables. I haven't setup blue tooth or tried to pair my TV/Cable remote yet but the sound this thing makes is great. The voices stand out just as advertised so there's no more "What did they say" . So far I don't seen the need for a separate sub but if I decide later that I want one there is a sub out plug.

Sounds great. Very clear vocals. Good bass, especially for a 1 piece unit. Works for both TV and music. Great for wall mounting - taller than it is thick. Has 3 EQ options based upon how you mount it.
