We went to a BestBuy in the next town to actually try out the seating (never buy seats on spec). These were the nicest to sit in and had leather on the portions you were touching. The order and fulfillment process was a bit of a journey but things did finally get sorted out and a big freight truck showed up with three pallets of seats (six seats). The seating comes in individual seats with zero, one or two armrests and everything fastens together to make a row. We mixed this with a two seat order to make two three-seat rows. The backrests are not attached in shipping which makes it much easier to navigate the doorways to get them into the theater room. They easily slide into metal channels and stay secure same as all recliner furniture. Frame is metal with sturdy heavy gauge clamps to attach each chair to its neighbor, but it isn't critical as the chairs are plenty heavy and don't easily tip. The power reclining function runs at a steady faster than stately pace and make little noise. The tray tables fit into the armrests and easily pop into the slots for use. They're plastic and do wear smooth over time. The seat is soft and comfortable. After a couple of years, they are still in great shape and have not compressed at all. The blue LED lighting is fairly bright in our fully light controlled theater, so we don't generally leave them on. The USB recharging plugs work well.
