A: A User's Guide, Warranty statement, Limitations guide all came with mine. It was the top envelope covering the headphones when the box top pulled off. I am disappointed with Apple though for not having a "User's Manual in Apple Books" yet for Air Pods Pro.

Q: my grandson lost one of his ear pod pro and also the case it came in that keeps it charged can anyone buy just the case it came in?

A: Yes apple just does not sell them yet so you might have to wait but I am pretty sure they will arrive soon to apple
