Excellent phone
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone through AT&T to replace my S6 Active that was having serious battery drain issues. I'm not a real heavy user of a phone, so I was just looking for a phone comparable to my S6. This S20 has exceeded my expectations after four months of use. The battery life is very good. As a medium user of a phone, the battery lasts well over 24 hours. All apps transferred over and they all work as usual. Camera and video work well and I am pleased with the quality of both. This phone is probably more that what I needed to match the functions and capabilities of the old S6, but the price was very good, so why not bump up to a better phone?

Always quality and reliability with Samsung Galaxy
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the newest Samsung Galaxy product(S21 5G) when I started having connectivity issues related to AT&T's rollout of the new 5G network. This upgrade certainly fixed the problems I was having, and then some. The S21 seems to be at least 2X as fast as my old S8+ and has greater functionality/technology with regards to the camera. I was initially upset with being forced to replace a seemingly fine mobile device, but in the week I've had this new device I've come to think it was a good buy. Thanks Samsung, for another great product!

Recommend Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Previously had the S8. There is a noticeable difference is resolution and performance. Would recommend other to upgrade. The only change I'm not the biggest fan is that it no longer allows external SD cards for storage. I'm assuming the 128GB and 256GM will eliminate the need for SD cards.

Very nice
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed to lose the microSD and charger, no significant camera improvements, no aptX HD, and no UWB, but overall I'm still happy with it. The plastic body is totally fine and I like the size. Does it knock my socks off? No. But it's pretty fast, the UI is pretty good, battery life is decent. Would've liked to see those be flagship-level excellent instead of just pretty good, but for the lower price and offers, I guess it's fine. Would like Samsung add a battery health information like that found on Apple iPhones.

Great phone, but too many useless apps.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is probably the best phone I've ever owned, The only downside is my carrier which has preloaded the phone with useless apps that cannot be uninstalled. If you have the option of getting an unlocked version, which won't have these apps, I would recommend doing so.

A Great Phone at a Good Price
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Galaxy S22 is right around the corner, so that means right now you can get a good deal on an S21. The S21 is not Samsung's flagship phone (for that, you need to get the S21 Ultra), but it's still a great phone for a reasonable price. The S21 is a nice upgrade to my Galaxy S10, which itself is still a great phone today. The S21 has a fantastic display, and it's extremely smooth. It also boasts a top-of-the-line camera. You can't go wrong with this phone at this price.

Q: QuestionI already have an account with AT&T. How does that work?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer When you add the phone to your cart it's going to ask you if it's an upgrade or new account. Select "Upgrade". Fill in your information requested, the password it's asking for isn't the log in password or token, it is a secondary password. This is required to connect to your AT&T account. Once connected it will push the phone to the cart section. Once you purchase the phone it will be shipped to you. Once it arrives start setting up your phone and activate it. (You can log into the AT&T website to activate your new phone, it will send a code over that you must enter) The phone # will be the same, you will just need to use the transfer system to move your personal information/contacts over to the new phone.
