Samsung - Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128GB (Verizon) - Navy

This phone... i dont even know where to start. This phone is amazing. The camera.. it really does zoom into the moon, and all other pictures are amazing. You can put your camera right up to something it focuses. Sure i use my phone for calls and texting, any phone can do that. But not any phone can have this good of quality for a camera. Only downside is voice-mail, you have to call in to your voice-mail or pay a subscription to not have to call in.

I like the safety feature that a pin is needed to use the phone. It has great features, holds many apps and takes wonderful pictures.

The quality of this phone all around is poor. I am very disappointed with this product and the response I have recieved from Samsung. This camera caved in and shattered just being in my back pocket. I now can not get this phone fixed becasue the authorized Samsung repair centers don't carry the parts to fix the Navy Blue colored phones.

I have been a long-time Samsung follower since my first Samsung smart phone from 2011. I have been holding on to my Samsung S9+ for years and realized that it was time to upgrade. Typically Samsung comes out with new devices, often. So I waited but when I saw the S21 Ultra, I knew it was tome to upgrade. So far, I love it! Like most quality Samsung model classes; the ultra feels great in my hand... though it took me awhile to get used to the screen being where the finger lock is and the giant fly eye cameras in the back. But once I got used to the feel, I have found that I am excited about using the phone, again. And taking lots of pictures! The pictures are amazing! And the apps, as of now, run smoothly. It's much easier to play games on it, too. If you are looking for something new and of quality, this has to be the best camera phone in the market.

Replaced my Samsung Galaxy S7 with the S21 Ultra 5G. At this time, I've only had the phone a week. It takes a little getting use to after using the S7 for so many years. The screen is bigger, all icons, images, text, etc. are very crisp and clear. I still have much to learn on this phone. I do like there are new and more sounds to choose from for notification for text message, phone calls, alarms, etc. So far, I like it. The couple of things I find hard to get use to, there is no LED indicator to show I have an unread message. The S7 had a button at the bottom of the screen. You tap the button and it activates the phone to come out of sleep mode. The S21 does not have that button. Instead you have to use the button on the side of the phone. Its an adjustment.

I like my new phone. There are a lot of features I am still figuring out. Updates are annoying and seem to reset things that an update should not even mess with. A recent update 1/4/22, made it so my contacts would not download to my vehicle and I could not use the handsfree feature to make or answer calls but could still talk through the Bluetooth system in my vehicle. Eventually, I could not even do that. I had to do a lot of work to correct it, including uninstalling my vehicle as a bluetooth device and re-pairing it with my phone, Twice! then it finally started working as it was supposed to. I do not know that I fully understand the camera and why everyone says it is so fantastic, it just seems typical to me. Battery seems to hold a charge well and I can go two days without recharging. Other than that, it seems to be a good phone. More than I need but, most phones are nowadays.
