Q: QuestionDoes this s4 tablet come with 246gb and keyboard?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer This tablet is available in two versions. One is 64GB and the other 256GB. The keyboard is sold separately and retail value of it is $150, but if you buy it with the tablet then the keyboard will be half priced (if the promotion is still available).

Q: QuestionHow long the battery last? I have a S2 and the battery drains so fast. Anyone knows the battery consumption compared to an iPad? Thanks.
Asked by Raf.
- A:Answer I had a Galaxy Tab S before. That battery only lasted about 5 hours if used constantly. The Galaxy Tab S4 battery life is twice as good if not better. I use it a lot and only charge once daily overnight. I would say the battery life is similar to an iPad from what I have read.

Q: Questioni purchased the 256 gb tab s4 on 8/22. it just says we will ship when it comes in. how long will i have to wait? It has been over a wk and still hasnt shipped! also i bought the keyboard cover for this and didnt get a discount on it. thank you.
Asked by louisvillemedicalcenterchilledwaterplant.
- A:Answer My Tab S4 came in right on time. There was no problem. Wait was about one week. Had it shipped to the store and not my home. But, the keyboard discount was only for the 64 version not the 256. That seemed like a screw. When I questioned this I was told is was Samsung's choice to do it this way and not Best Buy. But, I am not surprised you are having shipping problems. I am waiting on another item to come in the same way you are with the Tab s4. This has happened to me before to waite and then after waiting to get a message that the item order was cancled. Not sure if it is Best Buy or their suppliers where the problems are. With that being said, in general I get good service from Best Buy. I find alot depends on the "store" and the "current" staffs knowledge base. Respective the Geek Squad in all the stores, I frequent, they have been up to speed and have no complaint. Hope this helps.....
