Great Card

The reason three cards are there is because I bought 3 separate PRO+ cards. I'm only going to take one star off my perception of this card because of the high price.

fastest micro sd on market
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had samsung micro sd pro 64gb prior to this and used as secondary drive on surface pro. this product came out and decide to try as this had boost in speed. impressed with transfer/read/write speed. wish it came in bigger size as 64gb is on the smaller side as they have 128/200gb sizes available at lower speeed

Great microSD, performs well.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this after trying out a UHS1 128gb Sandisk Microsd. The Read and and mostly Write speeds on that were high, but very inconsistent. I bought this and it has worked flawlessly. Tested the speeds via computer and saw very close results as expected and have been using it as an INTEGRATED memory in my Android 6.0 Marshmallow phone. I see no lag when using it to boot apps and such that aren't required to be on my regular 16gb internal memory.

Very Good microSDXC Memory Card
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A good, fast card. While I was unable to get the speeds advertised, I came close - approximately 88MB/sec read and 84MB/sec write. However, I know that different readers will often vary slightly in their USB 3.0 speeds. I only tried the card in one reader and I have no problems with the manufacturer's specs. I would definitely recommend this card.

Q: Questionis this a u3 or u1 version? the picture shows u3 and the description shows u1
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer it's a u3 per manufacturer / write speed, as per best buy pic. I had the same question - hum. Best Buy's site description/specs are unclear/incomplete. I bought it online for store pickup. I would have walked from the "pickup" desk directly to the "returns" desk if it hadn't been u3. It's working great on my LG celly. Thanks best buy

Q: QuestionHow much speed is really necessary for a tablet?I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7" and am purchasing 2 separate cards; one for my music and one for my movies. I have been comparing the Samsung EVO+ (UHS-1) and the Pro+ (UHS-3) memory cards. How much speed is really necessary in a memory card to play a video?
Asked by TheRoots.
- A:Answer Well speed to "play a video" will be different than speed to record that video from its source (like a GoPro or a smartphone camera). How much speed depends on the resolution and speed (frames per second) of the recording and the bigger the file the more required write speed is necessary to capture the image. That tablet shoots 1440k @ 30fps which is average by today's standards (1080p on the low end to 4k on the top). The EVO+ should be plenty card for that as I have used them for many 1080p video at a much faster 60fps without issue. Once you get to the higher resolution files 2.7k and 4k then you will most likely step up to the PRO. Or you could buy it now and be future proofed when you upgrade your device. Hope that helps.

Q: QuestionI have a Moto G4 Pluss smart phone is this compatible? With the Samsung Pro 64 gb
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes, it's compatible. But I'd say this high-performance card is overkill for a smartphone. Maybe look at Samsung EVO cards and save a few dollars.
