1. SPONSOR: Best Buy Stores, LP ("Sponsor"), 7601 Penn Ave S, Richfield, MN 55423.

2.  ADMINISTRATOR: Probability, LLC ("Administrator"), 2 Woodstock Meadows Lane, P.O. Box 1484, Woodstock, New York 12498.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who are: (a) legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico; and (b) at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Winners of any Sweepstakes sponsored by Best Buy Stores, LP within the last six (6) months are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, affiliate employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator,  Samsung Electronics America, Inc ("Samsung"), Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. ("Warner Bros.") Performance Entertainment USA, Inc, and their respective advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies, as well as any persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of the film Supergirl (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, and children. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited by law.

If selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, the Entrant and potential guest will be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification without compensation of any kind. In addition, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify the potential Grand Prize winner or their potential guest (without explanation or compensation of any kind) if the results of such background check reveal that potential Grand Prize winner or their potential guest do not meet the Sweepstakes eligibility requirements or have been charged with a felony or misdemeanor, a crime of moral turpitude, or any other act that might reflect negatively on Sponsor, Administrator or any of the Sweepstakes Entities, as determined by the Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion. All such decisions of Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on June 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on July 19, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY:

You may enter the Sweepstakes in two (2)  ways:

(a)   To enter online or while visiting a participating Best Buy® store*: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may either visit https://www.bestbuy.com/SamsungMicroRGBSupergirl ("Wesbite") or visit a  participating Best Buy® store and find the Samsung Micro RGB TV display located in the television department. Using a compatible mobile device (i.e., smart phone), scan the QR code to visit the Website. The QR code can be found within the SuperGirl video playing on a Samsung Micro RGB TV and on in-store signage in the television department. You will then be required to enter your full name, email address, phone number for one (1) entry ("Entry", collectively "Entries") into the Sweepstakes. Bonus Entries: At least one (1) Samsung Micro RGB TV will have a hidden riddle embedded. If you also correctly answer the riddle† (which is shown at the end of a short SuperGirl video) you will receive an additional ten (10) Entries. For the avoidance of doubt, if you submit an Entry without the riddle, you may re-visit the Website to input your answer to the riddle at a later date/time as long as it is within the Sweepstakes Period and, if your answer to the riddle is correct, you will receive an additional ten (10) Entries. You may only submit your answer to the riddle one (1) time. If your answer is incorrect, you will not receive the ten (10) additional Entries. †Sponsor will determine the correct answer to the riddle in its sole discretion. 

(b)   To enter without visiting a Best Buy® store, scanning the QR Code or correctly answering the riddle: You may enter by sending in up to two (2) business-size (#10) envelopes with your handprinted name, address, email address (REQUIRED) and phone number on a 3x5 notecard to Best Buy® x Samsung Supergirl Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. The first valid 3x5 notecard will result in receipt of one (1) Entry. The second valid 3x5 notecard will result in receipt of ten (10) Entries. Each notecard must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced 3x5 notecards will not be accepted and will not result in the receipt of entries. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 20, 2026, and received by July 27, 2026. Violation of entry limit via any means may result in disqualification from Sweepstakes.

*Please see Appendix for the full list of participating Best Buy® stores.

Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of eleven (11) Entries  (i.e., one [1] Entry and ten [10] additional Entries)  per person/email address.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS: Potential winners will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received. The drawing will take place on or about July 28, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified on or about July 28, 2026 using the information provided in the entry.  Before being declared a winner, potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a tax acknowledgement  and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, the necessary paperwork for a background check and a non disclosure agreement ("NDA") as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period (if applicable) may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible Entries received. If any potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or does not provide the requested information in the allotted time, the respective prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion.

Administrator will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any delayed, corrupted or undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a “spam” or junk folder.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting email account or by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided on 3x5 notecard (as applicable). "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. GRAND AND FIRST PRIZE WINNERS WILL RECEIVE A 1099 TAX FORM REFLECTING VALUE OF THEIR PRIZE. GRAND AND FIRST PRIZE WINNERS FURTHER AGREE TO FULLY COOPERATE WITH SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF THE 1099 TAX FORM, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.

8. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"):

Second Prize (One Hundred [100] Second Prize Winners): Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) code redeemable for the film Supergirl on digital through on the Movies Anywhere™ platform (“Code”). Codes may only be redeemed once the film Supergirl is available on the Movies Anywhere™ platform.  ARV of each Second Prize: $24.99.

Code Terms: MUST REDEEM DIGITAL MOVIE OFFER BY 12/31/2026. Must have or register for an account with Movies Anywhere™. Movies Anywhere is open to U.S. residents age 18+. First Prize (Two [2] First Prize Winners): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Samsung Micro RGB R95H, 65” LED TV (ARV: $3,199.99) and one (1) Samsung Q-Series Soundbar HW-Q930H/ZA 9.1.4 ch. Subwoofer with Rear Speaker (ARV: $1,399.99). TAX GROSS-UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also arrange for each First Prize winner to receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the First Prize winners with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of the First Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). The Tax Gross Up Payment will be $1,500.00. The First Prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the First Prize could exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the Tax Gross-Up Payment will defray all tax liabilities incurred by First Prize winner in accepting the First Prize. The First Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of First Prize. Sponsor will not provide any assistance toward the First Prize winner’s tax obligations. ARV of each First Prize: $6,099.98.

Grand Prize (One [1] Winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for up to two (2) persons (i.e., Grand Prize winner and one [1] guest ["Guest"]), to partake in a private,  exclusive VIP tour of the Warner Bros. Archives (which is not open to the public) and attend the Warner Bros. Studios Tour in Burbank, CA ("Tour or collectively "Tours"). Trip consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for up to two (2), from a major commercial airport designated by Sponsor near winner’s residence ("Departure Airport") to airport designated by Sponsor near Los Angeles, CA ("Destination City")**; three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); ground transportation to and from the Destination City Airport and hotel and to and from the hotel and Tours; a private and exclusive visit for up to two (2 persons to the Warner Bros. Archives and; up to two (2) standard tickets to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour ("Trip"). Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the Tax Gross-Up Payment will defray all tax liabilities incurred by Grand Prize winner in accepting the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of Grand Prize. Sponsor will not provide any assistance toward the Grand Prize winner’s tax obligations. ARV of Grand Prize: $11,599.98.

**Air transportation will be replaced with ground transportation if Grand Prize winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Hollywood, CA (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion); and, in such case, Grand Prize Winner will not receive any alternate prize or compensation of any kind .

Trip must be taken on a Thursday- Sunday during one of the below options. Grand Prize winner and their guest must be available to travel during one of the below options. If  Grand Prize winner cannot do so for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected as per Section 6 (time permitting).

2026: November 5th-8th, November 12th-15th, November 19th-22nd, December 3rd-6th, December 10th-13th or December 17th-20th. 2027: January 21^st-24^th, February 25^th-28^th, or March 11^th-14^th.

The actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable) at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Grand Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded.

Trip must be taken by March 14th, 2027. If Trip is not completed by March 31, 2027, the Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Trip dates and accommodations are subject to availability; advanced notice requirements; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Trip period, or any other component of the Trip, for any reason and in its sole discretion. All components of the Trip must occur on consecutive nights. Grand Prize Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) proposed travel dates options (based on the above allowable dates) at least thirty (30) days prior to the earliest proposed arrival date; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding (Grand Prize winner may not receive their first choice of travel date) and Trip may not be rescheduled except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability, and Sponsor’s approval. Accommodation restrictions may apply. Winner and Guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination, and return date or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. No changes will be permitted to the travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Trip description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Grand Prize winner or Guest, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Departure Airport, baggage fees, airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food; beverages; merchandise and souvenirs; local and long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly stated as being included in the Trip.

Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Guest must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), and the necessary paperwork for a background check and an NDA prior to issuance of travel documents. Once Guest is selected by Grand Prize winner, Guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason.

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Grand Prize upon the results of a background check on Grand Prize winner and their Guest. Grand Prize winner and Guest, agree to fully cooperate in the conduct of such background check, timely providing any additional materials, information and consents requested by Sponsor or Administrator, with the understanding that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the Grand Prize (or, allowing Guest to accompany Grand Prize Winner on the Trip, as the case may be) without liability of any kind if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the past conduct of Grand Prize winner and/or Guest would disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor and/or its products. Grand Prize winner and their Guest further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check is final and binding.

Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be roundtrip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Sponsor/Administrator will determine airline and flight itinerary in their sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles, and no codeshare flights may be used. The Grand Prize winner and Guest are responsible for providing proper documentation to travel which may include a REAL I.D. or passport. No one-way trips allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the Grand Prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The Released Parties (as defined in Rule 9 below) are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or ground transportation delay. The roundtrip air transportation element for Grand Prize travel begins and ends at the point of departure.

In addition, Grand Prize winner and Guest must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of photo identification and a major credit card (and should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of three [3] nights, or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Grand Prize winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor and/or Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor and Administrator from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room/hotel property caused during the hotel stay by Grand Prize winner and their Guest. Other hotel fees not expressly mentioned are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Grand Prize winner/guest.

Accommodations and travel are for up to two (2) persons sharing one (1) accommodation only. No additional guests are permitted to attend the Tour or stay in the accommodations booked by Sponsor and/or Administrator (even at Grand Prize winner’s expense). Grand Prize winner and Guest will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other prerequisites in conjunction with travel element of Grand Prize. Trip cannot be extended. Grand Prize winner and Guest assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel.

In the event Grand Prize winner is able to take the Trip, but the Tour(s) do not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, production exigencies or any kind, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of comparable value (i.e., 4-day/3-night trip to Hollywood, CA, excluding Tour[s] as applicable).

Grand Prize winner and Guest must follow all reasonable instructions of Sponsor relating to the Trip, including but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID  for identification purposes if requested. Should Grand Prize winner and/or Guest fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip early, in whole or in part, and send Grand Prize winner and/or Guest home and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion without any liability or other obligation to Grand Prize Winner or Guest. Without limitation, the preceding includes violation of any policy or guideline of the Tour(s) as well as the conduct of Grand Prize winner and Guest during Tour(s). Grand Prize winner and Guest must comply with the Sponsor’s rules and requirements for the Trip at all times. In addition, Grand Prize winner and Guest must comply with all requirements of Tour operator, which may include proper attire for participating in the Tour(s), prohibition of video recordation and limitations on use of photography during  Tour(s). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and possible legal action.

Grand Prize Winner and Guest must observe all safety and security conditions at the Warner Bros. Archives facility and on the Tours. Tour(s) (in whole or in part) may not be appropriate for persons with limited mobility; sensitivity to light and/or sound; low vision or blindness; or who are hard of hearing or deaf. Some elements of the Tour(s) may not be accessible for persons with certain disabilities; for example, not all Tour locations may be wheelchair-accessible, and Tour(s) may involve a significant amount of walking and/or stairs. Certain areas of Warner Bros. Archives and/or Warner Bros. Studio may not be accessible during Tour(s) with Sponsor disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Photography is not permitted externally or internally on the Warner Bros. Archives Tour. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must sign a NDA prior to admittance to the Warner Bros. Archives.  For clarity, no guests under the age of five (5) are permitted on the Tours.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $25,799.94

Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household. Any expenses in conjunction with any prize acceptance and use not specified herein as well as any taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners.  Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash by winners (the preceding excludes the Tax Gross-Up Payment elements of the First Prizes and Grand Prize and the Second Prize to the extent required by applicable law). Prizes must be accepted in their entirety as awarded or forfeited. Allow up to eight (8) weeks after completion of Prize Claim Documents for delivery of Prizes (as applicable). First Prizes and Samsung TV and Soundbar element of Grand Prize will only be awarded to a street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (and items may ship separately), with installation, use of smart tv capability and other unspecified expenses in conjunction with receipt of same being the winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater value in cases of prize unavailability. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

9. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winners or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or materials shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software or the availability or functionality of the QR Code. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prizes by means of a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website and in participating Best Buy® stores. Proof of submission/transmission of Entry and/or 3x5 notecard shall not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected (online or mail-in) Entries or postage due mail-in Entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic Entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Entrant will bear sole responsibility for any charges imposed by their wireless carrier by entering the Sweepstakes via mobile device. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. The preceding includes but is not limited to anti-social or inappropriate conduct at Best Buy® store. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. 10. DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s or jurisdiction’s laws.
