Mattress shorter than claimed

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This mattress is supposed to be extra-long, but it is even shorter than my regular twin mattress frame even after letting the mattress extend for almost 30 days (Twin: 75"L x 39"W x 14"H (600 lbs. weight capacity) from https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-14-Heavy-Duty-Slat-Bed-Frame-Black-Steel-Twin/242789097 The cover of the foam is loose and the foam just cannot expand to fit into the cover. I cannot even find a phone # to talk to someone in BestBuy about it. It is very disappointing that I paid for an extra-long mattress and got something shorter.

Comfortable Mattress

The mattress arrived rolled in a box, was very well packaged and with no damage. First time ordering a mattress online so I was nervous. No issues.

Defective bed

Nice bed for toddler
