I purchased chair with reward points and had chair delivered. Once I started assembling I found out threads were stripped on the seat so I could not attach one of the arm rests. I saw a green letter in box that said "If you encounter any issues or have any questions do not return this item to the store or website you purchased it from. Please contact our customer service department...it's True...fast, friendly Customer service. At True innovations, we are committed to excellence. Our Primary objective is to provide fast, friendly customer service to all our customers. We are here to help if you have any questions, comments or are in need of warranty replacement parts. I sent an online request explaining issue. I did not have or get a receipt, but did forward my email confirmation showing that I ordered the chair and that it was being delivered. They told be that that it was not purchased from an authorized dealer so if I wanted the part I would have to pay for it. Bottom line is that I got a brand new chair made by this company, it was damaged to the point that I can't assemble it, and now they want me to pay for a replacement part. I have no idea if the chair is comfortable because I can't sit in it. The fact that they want to charge me for replacement is why I would never buy anything made by this company again.
