There’s no sticking to the bottom no nothing doesn’t hang on to the food left behind or that film that some foods leave behind it’s a great line of pots...These pans are very high maintenance, so if you expect to cook at high temperatures and not get marks or other weird things I highly suggest don’t buy these your better off getting ceramic because ceramic can be at high temperatures without getting warped.
