What is the cut out dimensions for 12 inch Contance in wall subwoofer?
Answered by Sonance TeamHi, Thanks for your question. For the Sonance R12SUB, the cutout (opening) is 12.97" x 12.97", per the CAD drawing. A couple of important notes that are easy to miss: This subwoofer requires the matching in-wall enclosure (R12SUB ENC), which is sold separately. For your convenience, I’ve included links to the CAD files and Quick Start Guides for both the subwoofer and enclosure below. Do I need to buy a bracket for in wall installation of this subwoofer? I had to get separate brackets for my Sonance speakers. Do i need to do the same for this? or does it already come with the installation bracket?
