A: I bought one of these for my mother and liked it so much I bought one for myself. This is an amazing TV in terms of color rendition, upscaling and clarity. I use a separate sound system so I can not comment on the built-in speakers. Would not hesitate to buy again. BTW, all of my TVs are Sonys.

Q: is this the newer model of the X900F?
A: No. The 950G is a 1/2 step up from the X900F and 1 step down from their best LED (Z9F). The 950G differs by having high bandwidth HDMI at ALL ports instead of just 1, It adds E-Arc for the ability to pass Atmos and DTS sound thru to your soundbar or sound system and lastly the 950G uses Sony's X-1 Ultimate processor chip. The 900F will continue as a 2019 model until inventory is depleted.

On your iPhone, go to App Store and search Sonymote then hit the install button to download the app. Open the app on your iPhone and enter the code on your iPhone which is shown on your TV. A: Feet are angled; the back of feet are closest about 24 inches and are behind the tv the front of legs are in front of tv and are about 39.5 inches apart.
Q: When tv is delivered is it set up then or wait for set up geek to do it ?
A: When I bought my tv there were two delivery dates available, one simple delivery (which I used, tv delivered in box to room of my choice) and a second delivery date (a week later) that was used if you select the Geek Squad setup and paid the additional fee. If you paid the additional fee, I would think everything is done when the set is delivered. FYI if you do it yourself, it takes two people to remove from box and lift into place. . You also have the rather large box to dispose of. Setup is pretty straight forward
