A: AnswerThey have 1 year warranty but you have to ship it back to them on your dime. I had a controller which had terrible stick drift so I sent it in only for Sony to send me a "replacement" controller which got the stick drift issue 2 months later. I reshipped the "replacement" controller back to Sony but they said they wouldn't replace it as it was now past the one year warranty... I was out the $25 for shipping. I am now on the 3rd PS5 controller due to stick drift. Sony needs to take some responsibility for there faulty product and should at least take care of the shipping.Answered by Travis

"I recently purchased the new Sony PlayStation 5 controller and I'm absolutely blown away by the design and performance! The haptic feedback feature adds a whole new level of immersion to gameplay, and the adaptive triggers provide precise control and resistance. The controller feels comfortable and ergonomic in my hands, even during extended gaming sessions. The improved speakers and 3.5mm headset jack are also welcome additions. Overall, the PS5 controller is a huge upgrade from the PS4 controller and elevates the gaming experience to new heights. Highly recommended for any PS5 gamer!"

So cool
I jumped and purchased this controller when I saw it on sale. I needed a second controller, I love the color of this one. It’s no different from the control that comes with the console so you’ll know what to expect if you’ve had your hands on one before. Same awesome build quality and comfort. The triggers on this one make a noticeable audible click when the control rumbles. Makes me wonder if something is loose inside, but it’s fine. Great battery life, the haptic feedback is amazing. Charges with a usb c cable which isn’t included in the box. So be prepared to supply yourself with another. All in all, I think this control is worth the money, especially if on sale!

Just perfect
Control was delivered quickly & efficiently saving me a trip & gas money. Have had no issues with it, not even a scratch on it or the packaging. Color is bright, grip is great & buttons are on point. Will be buying more controllers & other products this week. Love it
